Will the red spectrum do?

Hey guys, i finally got my grow room sorted (well need some foil up in some places, but yh i think its fine).

I have a 125W Eco-Light in the red spectrum . I am planning on growing 3 plants, do you think the red spectrum will do for the vegetation stage?

throw some daylight CFLs in as well and you'll be fine. 4/5 at least but 3 plants will be pushing it a bit.
