will these lights work????

i have 1 2700k cfl bulb on the side and a 2' shop light with 2 flourescents in it. i want to grow 4 plants at a time, an oz for each would be nice.... all i know is that the shop lights are 30watts each and during flowering i will buy a 600w digital ballast.... but as for veg or maybe even dwarf grows that skip veg will those lights work???? i am also going to use foxfarm nutes and i am using a bubbleponic system...

Depends on what kind of bulbs you have for the Fluorescent's.

I use fluorescent's for vegging and at first I was using 6- 40 watt Phillips "Everywhere" lights and my plants grew but not much.

Then I switched over to GE 40 watt Plant/ Aquarium Wide Spectrum Lights and it is a world of difference.

I have also used Ott- Lites and Sylvania Gro- Lux but the GE's seem to work the best.

walmart carries a grow light. i beleive its the GE or the sylvania GRO LUX if that would work i will just get those they are like 6 bucks a piece
