Will this work any one

Went out to buy a flourecent light because its spring out here by it still raining in california. I have four babies started from seeds that are like 12 days old now and i dont want to lose them, I have very limited space and was wondering which out of these two would you guys pick a two foot under the cabinet light fixture with one 17 watt t8 cool light bulb I think its like 4200k or is two 32 watt CFL bulbs at 6500k each better Im asking because i know they need a day light color bulb don't they? will the 4200k flourecent bulb work or are the CFLs

why not just use them all? they should all fit....

Just to add a comment I remember when I first tried my own grow I started out with one of those work lights you know the kind that you squeeze the handle and hang. I also had three daylight cfl lights built to use aluminum roasting pans as hoods. my cab was roughy about 2x2x4 I had a ocsillating fan a computer fan at lowest point for intake air another up high for exhaust which i swapped out for a car fan because it pulled more air. My point is that I grew my best 3 ever with that simple set up hard crunchie and supurb! ofcourse I used a yeast co2 bottle during veg and that could be why! haven't grown better since and been using hps aint that a bitch. ventilation and adequate lighting gets great results. Hope this helps if not then it was just ranting on my part.
