Will using 3500 watts in a rental house get me busted?

I have one huge problem that i have seen through this hole thread. It is illegal as a landlord to enter a rental property without 48hours notice unless their is a chance someone is dieing inside or a circumstance like that. This is not the case in all states but most are very very close.

I wanted to throw in that I have rented many different apts and houses and have never ever had a landlord just stop by.(Ive never had a landlord come into my rental only his maintience crew on that note) Rent from someone who has alot of rentals? He only cared about the property when something had to be fixed and even then it was hard to get them over. Be smart. People like to be left alone no ones looking through the window and if they are they should only see the blinds :)

3500 is alot. if you had a garage and had some 240 walders and equiptment for fixing cars or something that may work. i still say to much though.
good thing i read further. when i saw apartment i almost fell out of my chair. there would be now possoble way to explain that much use in an apertment
