Wiring Outdoor HPS ballast that only has 1 wires.

I have an old school 150 watt HPS HID security light and I need to wire it up. only has one wire coming out off the circuit board and grounding post. Don't wanna blow up a bulb cause its wired inproperly.

As you can see no extra wires appear to be present neither on the transformer or on the board.

Helpful info would be from anyone with a voltmeter and a 150w.

Haha Im not a dumbass. I would also like to know pin out voltages at the socket so I can test it before putting it into operation. I'm getting a 1000 watt eventually but need something better in between, besides CFLS and HO fluorescents.
