Made another order from wwms. Again, top notch service with a twist. I ordered from them using paypal for the first time. Place my order for 4 fem big budda cheese on may 11th.
The order arrived on may 18th. Open package happily and see the following. 1 soma nycd fem, 1 dutch passion blueberry fem, 1 barneys utopia haze fem, 1 greenhouse strawberry haze fem, 1 gh super lemon haze and 1 big budda cheese fem.
I emailed them and let them know the screw up and that they sent me someone elses order. They replied they already heard the other person and settled it, then asked if i can live with the order i got. I said yes of course no problem. Then open my mail this morning and another package from wwms. This one had my 4 bb cheese in it. Emailed them again and they said now this mix up is even more confusing, but it looks like my luckey day, enjoy the seeds.
Irs rare that I get lucky like this. I had to contact them. I didn't feel right having someone lose an order that had to be close to or over 100$. Money is tight in this economy and i didn't want to see someone get ripped off, or take a chance wwms think they were being lied to by the other customer and not fix it. I'm sure these seeds companies hear complaining everyday because orders never came or were wrong or whatever.
