Worried about my seedlings

I germinated 20 seeds and put them all in peat cups 3 or 4 days ago....Not one sprouter yet...all of my other seeds that i have germinated weeks before have all sprouted within 2 or 3 days...Is there anything I can do to speed up this process? the are in the peat cups in the peat tray about a foot away from florescents. Any input would be appreciated ...thanks in advance

sum seeds (espcially older seeds and certain indica's) need to be forced to pop open, and by force i dont mean to literally break the seed open, what i do with sum of my seeds is scratch the outer shell alittle bit so the water can pentrate the shell easier

My seeds took a little under a week.

just make sure the peat is moist and your seeds should break the surface soon.
