Would you trim these fan leaves?

I trimmed whatever was in shade while I was doing the lst mainlining. I had a few fan leaves directly under bigger fan leaves.

The more leaves that live to the end the higher the yield and potency in my experience. Sometimes really big buds stack deep within the canopy in the shade.

But there is a bit of mis information above. The bud leaves are there to photosynthesize too. In nature plants can lose plenty of leaves during their cycle and still can make buds to propogate.

And the defoliaters still grow buds too. But the more foliage the more energy can be collected and utilized by the plant.

Look what grew under all these leaves.

hen defoliating at first pistils, the small bud leafs grow quite large, thus feeding the buds. The second (and last) defol is 3 weeks later. The remaining leafs continue to grow and provide photonic energy to the buds. Those remaining leafs get extremely sticky

I don't know if you are calling me a shit talker but the plant I posted above is in my kitchen and was flowered in the converted bedroom. I can show a well trained sativa heavy hybrid grown to that potential almost every week. I do it to stay in medical parameters and the donations pay my bills. My plants touch but there is plenty of airflow. Proper environment is the most important part to me.

You gettin rich? Where are your defoliated plants?

Defoliated plants yield more indoor if you got bad results you were doing it wrong. There's a right way and a wrong way to do everything and less is more if you go overboard it will be detrimental but removing a few leaves especially bigger older leaves shading potential growth won't hurt in nature animals eat the leaves the plant will re leaf.
