wtf... again?

So i started my second grow n my box i made and its been 10days from when the seed broke soil. Strain is raspberry kush (from seed). Temps are anywhere between 75-80 and humidity is around 30%. Temps i can bring down pretty easy and humidity is defintly low and im having trouble raising it. I want to get a humidifier but thats later on. Anyways... Idk ppm or ph. I HAVE NOT GIVIN ANY NUTES. I think the soil is what is screwing with my plants because this same shit happened last grow. I got this stuff called liquid iron and used it on my last grow and it seemed to really keep that shit n check. Plants start out good but once they start pushing its second set of leaves (the 3pointers) it starts to get brown spots near the tips and it slowly starts to work down the leaf. Once about half way browned and uglied up, the next set of leaves get a real dark color near the tips and the same thing happens. This is working from bottom of the plant upwards. Iv looked around and i think it can b a manganiese def but idk. So what do i do from here cuz im pretty stumped. If it is a mang def then where could i get it at? If not then could it b a lack of nutes and actually needs some food?

O and the water i use is just the purified gallon jugs from the store.

PLEASE any help would b better than none! This plant is some super dank shit and i really, really want to harvest this one lol

What is the soil they are in? What is the ph of the water you give them? What nutes do you give them and how often? How often do you water? What kind of light are they under?

Lol sorry forgot to put that info n. The soil is lawn and garden starting mix (i belive this to b the problem). I dont have any test devices or kits for ppm, ph and all that yet. Im on an extream budget and live n a small ass town so things like that r hard to come by. The water again idk the ph but i use regular ol gallon jug of spring water. I water right now probably about 2 times a day (once with about half of what id water with and then use the other half that night. So around an oz a day) because my soil drys really quick. Once they get bigger i usuely end up watering once everyother day. Nutes i have r liquid iron + micro nutrients (0-0-0). Holy shit... I was just reading the analysis on the bottle and has Mn n it. Well i feel like an idiot cuz i think that just solved half the problem and makes perfect sense on the def. So i guess i need to feed this bitch cuz the soil obviously isnt. So should i start feeding with a very very light dose? Or should i wait till it gets a few more days into veg? Its only been 10 days. Im also using 8 CFLs on 24/0. 4 26w 6500k and 4 26w 2700k (just incase u still need to know lol)

O and when i do give nutes i mix them n a 1.5q pressure sprayer and use that. So i guess they constatnly get feed with every watering but n small ammounts

1. Your soil is junk.

2. Your nutes are junk.

3. You need a ph pen.

4. Watering twice a day is way too much. Let them go til they wilt. If they wilt at 3 days then water them on day two. This will change as they get bigger.

well no fucking shit i kinda figured that already. Telling me my shit is junk does not help. If ur going to chime n then say something useful and not retarded. I already said im on a budget u idiot and that i cant get that shit yet. U answered none of my questions and in turn u sound like an idiot. Anyone can ask the same shit (which everyone does for good reason) but once u have the info, actually put it to use and then tell me something i can use. Give me a dumbass answer and ill send one right back. And oz of water for a whole day with temps being near 80 isnt over watering. Did u see my humidity? 30%... Shit dries pretty damn fast. Plus im the one looking at the plant everyday so yeah... I can tell when it needs watering. With that said does anyone else know if i should start feeding or wait or what?

Yeah man sorry to say it but your soil is trash, also 0-0-0 as a nute count is a bad thing I use 10-15-10 and that seems to work okay. I also live in a tiny little town pop 350 so I feel your pain. What I did was use the internet. It will save you in overhead fees as well as gas for your trip to a bigger town.

looks to me like u are watering too much. in a party cup, i water all sorts of plants MAYBE 1x a day.. that is in a small party cup. normally you shouldn't have to worry about nutes until you have been growing for a few weeks. then very light nutes at first and slowly work your way up. again, i would say do it every other watering at most.. i would typically say to not waste your time or energy unless you can at least get a moisture meter, some decent soil,even if you have to drive to a big city to get some fox farm or happy frog or something.. sure you can grow like you are and maybe harvest something.. i would look at it like this.. spend what you would on 1/8th of weed and that should allow you to grow several plants that will yield ounces.. the time you waste trying to make things work w/ crappy materials will be much better spent driving somewhere or going online to order some quality stuff.

Imo a transplant followed by a few day rest and then bam they will be up and running. I also am broke as hell and though it may not be the best solution you could always just go dig up some dirt until funds get a little better. Just remember its a weed its really not as complicated as some would have you think. It will pretty much grow in everything. As for that iron nutes I would stop using those ASAP, again that's just my opinion.

O would get online and order shit but i just got out the military so i dont work or have a bank account that i can order threw (unemployment card is all i got and i cant even use it to pay my cell phone bill). I got another thing of nutes, the liquid iron was a test to see if it would help on my last grow and it did extreamly well. Got rid of all the brown and discoloration and i didnt see any problems from there on out. Thats y im tryin to see if i can start using it now becuase iv made the mistake of usuing nutes to early b4 and im tryin to b extra carefull on this one cuz for me seeds like this r pretty much impossable to get. I just got lucky and had a buddy that grew it b4 and had 2 seeds left so he gave them to me.

I told you what your problems were, sorry I did not tell you what you wanted to hear, my bad. I'll just quit giving you advice then. Someone please tell him what he wants to hear, not the correct answers mind you, but what he wants to hear. FYI, if someone told me my stuff was junk, I'd change my stuff. If several people told me I was over watering, I'd not water so much, but then that's just me. Sorry I tried to help you dude, I won't make that mistake again. Just remember guys we are all on the same side here at riu. That's the side of growing bud. Plain and simple getting all upset (both of you) is counterproductive. Yeah i see what u guys r sayin. Its just little shit that makes my grows difficult and its those same things i cant really change on a dime. Trust me lol if i could i would. I do know what i need and all i just dont have access to it. The best i can do right now is walmart (doesnt have a garden area so thats not really an option) and ace hardware. The biggest city is almost 2 hrs away lol so i cant really just make a trip. But idk... Im tryin my damnest to make it work with what i got. I mean as for my first grow it was goin awesome untill 2 weeks n to flowering and saw it was male... But other than that once i started useing the shit i got it was fine and actually kickin ass. Im not tryin to grow some stink bomb monster plant even though id like to lol im just tryin to grow to take up time and so i can have a little extra for when im runnin low

I'm in the same boat as you a cannabis cup is not in my future but I sure do live smoking my own. A lot of people grow to get on the cover of a magazine but man there's a lot of us broke asses who just grow to get stoned or alliviate pain.
