WTF is wrong with this plant? 12/12 from seed 4 1/2 weeks old

Skunk #1 growing in COCO, using tap water, HESI nutes, 400w HPS 12/12 from seed.

First off this is my first grow so have no doubt screwed up somewhere.

Ok, she popped through the coco on 12/06 so is only around 4 and half weeks old yet she has been in flower for around a week I think.

Started showing what I thought was a mag def around 10 days ago so i started adding epsom salts to the feeds. I repotted 5 days ago and the yellowing of the fan leaves has just gone crazy. Ive also noticed that some of the stems have started turning purple.....it did get down to 16c with lights off 2 days ago, not sure if that matters.

Now I'm wondering if its a Nitrogen def? PH lock out? Is she dying on me?

Seems to be growing still, buds seems bigger each day and the new growth does look green.

Help please.IMG_0635.jpgIMG_0648.jpgIMG_0647.jpgIMG_0645.jpgIMG_0644.jpgIMG_0643.jpgIMG_0642.jpgIMG_0641.jpgIMG_0640.jpgIMG_0639.jpgIMG_0638.jpgIMG_0637.jpgIMG_0636.jpgIMG_0633.jpgIMG_0634.jpgIMG_0649.jpg

Looks like a nitrogen deficiency. When switching to bloom nutes a nitrogen deficiency usually will occur. Bloom nutes do not contain high levels of nitrogen like grow nutes do. Therfore plants use their reserves starting withe the bottom leaves. Which is why its yellow at the bottom and working its way up. Get some nitrogen to ur plants and u will be fine....

Increase ur nitrogen slightly anythin with more N will help. Dont over do it though,as long as ur new growth is stayin green then your probably.over the worst of it

is N def. turning his stems purple, or causing vertical stunting? i doubt it. more at work here. that pot is small and tapered. i bet the roots are all choked up.

I water every other day at the minute, coco is pretty dry and the pot fills light. I use tap water that has been left to sit for 24 hours, add the Epsom and nutes then ph down to around 5.8.

So I should just buy another nute that has a higher N value?

Hey scrog....N def does change the coloring in the stems (apparently most deficiencies do?) and not having N will severely stunt the plant since it is directly responsible for growth.

NITROGEN (N) Pale plants, red stems, smaller growth. Rapid yellowing of lower leaves progressing up the plant. Add any fertilizer containing N. Treated plants recover in about a week.

This is a Nitrogen deficient seedling I had...notice the yellowing, red stem, and severely stunted growth (15 days should be way more advanced!!)

This is a week after adding N:

You can't see in the pic, but the stems are now green....yellowing is gone, and growth has taken off!

A lot of people don't realize it, but N is very important in flowering, not just veg!! Green leaves = healthy buds.

The TNT and coco both have N as 3......does the TNT still contain more?

I'm going to let her dry out and move up to a 7 litre pot, not tapered. Just got to figure out what to do to increase the nitrogen.....

Thanks for the replies so far

when you go from grow to flower you must keep using grow as well as bloom nutes , that way you dont stress the plant too much and it lets the plant stop using N at its own pace, instead of forcing it .. just my opinion mind....

collect loads of nettles , let them brew in tap water for a few days ,the juice thats left over after straining out the nettles, is high in nitrogen.. you could try that . it works for me

This is what is confusing me as the TNT and COCO both have the same N content.

What ratio are the other nutrients? What are the P and K for both? That information is important as well, not just the number that represents N. Mix a portion of the grow nutes with bloom nutes, and it should help your problem.

Right the TNT is as follows:

NPK is 3 2 3

And the COCO is 3 4 5

She's due a feed today so shall i go 50/50 between the 2?
