I have gotten some really great help in my short time on here but I have one questions I have not really gotten an answer for. With my full spec led should I be using the 10w white veg leds on top of my flowering leds for the extra light (douring flowering) or will that damage my plants? And can someone direct me to a good hydroponics guide on the basic concepts and building a system? Thanks in advance for any help.
