Well lads, whats going on with this plant?

Temps 24-28
Humidity 60-70
Gh flora series
Its the first time im seeing this after growing several plants like this. It is only effecting this plant. I have 2 more gg autos 3 weeks behind this one in the same closet.
Ive looked over the whole plant with a loupe, both sides of the leaves and no signs of bugs. Its effecting the top half of the plant.
