Yellow/White Mold in roots

went to water today and noticed yellow in the little drain holes in 3gal pot. using roots organic soil. indoor. never seen it before, plants are 20 days from harvest, it only appears to be just this one..

ideas on solutions? or at least what it is? thanks

is it a dumb question or a new phenomena?
