Yellowing followed by necrosis

between the rock phosphate and the high loads of earth juice and seabird guano, it looks to me like too much phosphorus. plants will go yellow like this when they're poisoned with phosphorus. I'd stop the nutrients and just give water when dry. and don't do this again. be more careful how you fert.

Out of the tap, 6.8-7.0. I do PH using an organic granule PH adjuster which I aim for 6.3-6.7 generally. The natural soil PH is a little bit high, I might have added too much lime to it. My soil PH reader says it's right about 7.0. PPM is usually 800-1000.

Yeah I've never used EJ with amended soils, so you very well may be right. One of my phenos seems to love it, the other 4 not so much.

sometimes it's better to just buy roots or ocean forest and don't add anything unless you know you need to.

Skip the molasses or catalyst, both is too much and catalyst is the exact same thing watered down with vitamins and shit.
