if he tries to claim self defense, he has to take the stand.
that is when his ever evolving story will be ripped to shreds by the prosecution.
i really don't see how you can call this self defense when he stalked an innocent kid without identifying himself, he was on the offense the whole time.

Yea, it will be an interesting trial. I kinda thinking that his attorney wont allow him to take the stand. That could either hurt or help him. Guess time will tell.

martin was on the phone with his girlfriend until a minute before he was shot to death by a mentally unstable, drug addled vigilante with a history of violence and getting himself too involved. he told dispatch not to meet him where he described his truck to be, but to call him for his location. he was hunting for those assholes that always got away.
please explain to me this: if martin wasn't acting in self defense from some psycho vigilante cop wannabe that was trying to detain him, what enraged him so badly? zimm couldn't answer that one.

hmm. well i try not get all all biased, either for trayvon or for zimmerman. the plain facts are, zimmerman killed a young man and there should be repercussions for his actions.
the only thing i think is bullshit is how biased the jury will be and how every fucking famous black person took up for him. like lil mama wearing a black hoodie on abdc. are you fucking kidding me? so black people's murders only matter to other black people if they are killed by someone of another race? if anything that stupid fucking hoodie movement should be for every black person who was murdered, and to stop the cycle of violence in their community, instead of it being about one single person who may or maynot be the cause of what happened to him.

shit ill put a black hoodie on just cause it was fucked up what happened to the kid. killins in black neighborhoods are usually money/drug related. or someone killed anothers friend/family over drugs/money/or a bitch. this kid was killed for doin nothin really.

You are absolutely correct. The only time black people will be very irate about one of their own being killed is when someone of a different race kills them. It's ok for them to kill any other race without the media and or sharpton or jackson getting involved. And I refuse to call sharpton a "Rev" cause he is the far from it.
