breeding tent set up

I want to do some seet runs next year for breeding stock down the line. I am going to do it in a separate room, but beyond the basics, i am curious if there's any special tips and tricks that one may not think of for a seed run. I'm going to get a 4x4 or 5x5, throw in an AC infinity...
