pre flower

Hello all, New here, doing my first outdoor grow for a long time, and looking for some advice as my plants are entering the flowering stage! Some details: Outdoor grow European climate (NL) - legal :D germinated on 25th May so into our 13th week now Plagron Terra Grow (and now Bloom)...

The pic below is from my second plant, it is 8 days into flower. I need help determining the sex. My other plant has sprouted the tell tale white hairs but this one only has some very point pre flowers and I really hope its not male. Any help is appreciated.

I have 2 plants in solo cups that are getting pretty big, but don't have any pistils. They are feminized Should I put them into 12/12 to start flowering, or do I need to wait until I see pre flowers (pistils)?? I googled it but was a bit confused. Sorry if its a dumb question!
