I could become morbidly obese, and claim my knees don't work right, so my daughter has to be my care taker. I know I can, as I know people who's only health problem is from the thousands of calories (and percs) they shove down their gullet who claim these benefits.

My point being is that it doesn't take a genius to defraud that system, which puts you in that zone of possibility.
