Look across the ocean.

Britian has a 50% tax on all earnings over £250,000 per year.

Their Conservative and Liberal parties argue over 0.5% changes to that, but both sides have accepted it needs to be in and around that figure.

We need to reach a similar consensus to our limey friends over there.
Agreed. There is no reason we should be giving tax cuts to the most stable, most wealthy people in our country who can afford to pay their duties to the country, while taxing the vulnerable, poor, sick, and dying to death, and on top of that, robbing them of access to healthcare so that the rich can get richer.

Here are the current uk income tax rates:

Basic rate £11,501 to £45,000 20%
Higher rate £45,001 to £150,000 40%

You get the idea ;)

It varies between 45 and 50% depending on the year.

I remember it so vividly because for some reason they don't say percent, they say "p". So it's 50p or 45p or whatever.

Yeah, sorry dude, wasn't trying to argue or whatever, just clarify.
And you're right, they do say "forty-five P" or "fifty P"

Would you be paying every citizen, even small kids?
That is just the number of employed
$3.5 trillion divided by the number of employed means a tax income of about $11000 per person.

Paying every employed person $2000 per month will cost more than double your total current tax bill.

I argue points with people and occasionally resort to "retard" out of frustration, but I also agree with people from the other side when they raise a logical point and can concede when beaten.

Id call it "extreme debating".
Yeah debating is always good as far as I'm concerned, it's the ignorantly retarded assholes that pop up all over the 'net that piss me off. I try to avoid them where possible.

True this.

Savings from cutting healthcare coverage for working poor, elderly and disabled is exactly the same as amount budgeted for tax cuts. Hundreds of billions taken from the lower half of the population and given directly to the top 1%.

Fuck Trump and the people who voted for him.

Thanks a ton, especially coming from a real pro! I wanted to like your post, but have yet to figure out how I can do that.
You just need to post a bit more and get a few more 'likes' and the button will magically appear at the bottom right of people's comments.
