help please ! this is my first grow ever

CFLs like that aren't going to put out the light you want unless you have a bunch. I think my most successful grow with CFLs similar to the one you're talking about was in a tiny space I had about 6 of these http://www.shop.gyostuff.com/searchquick-submit.sc?keywords=FLC32D yield was a couple...

    yield to light ratio

I've had the best success with these in smaller enclosed areas. Usually 18-36" from canopy depending on stage of growth. I usually yield 20-50 a light.

NEED wisdom, want to try new lighting

I've used pretty much every type of lighting. (Magnetic induction) http://shop.gyostuff.com/Magnetic-Induction-Light-400W-Grow-IN400PS.htm?categoryId=-1 <had to get the bloom bulb for this one when flowering time came...

    Metal Hallide question

I've vegged with MH T5's HPS LED and Magnetic induction. The only lighting I have yet to use is LEP (shit is like 1000$ for a fixture that covers a 4x4). HPS was my least favorite, T5's didn't quite have the growth the other lighting did. The LEDs I used were crazy they were Diamond Series 300w...

    Heating intake air

You could just not intake new air, do you need the intake for any reason other than replenishing co2? If its just for co2 depending on your size area there a cheap options. I have used Exhale bags http://shop.gyostuff.com/searchquick-submit.sc?keywords=exhale And a boost bucket...

SOG soil grow, curling leaves and yellowing?

How high is the ppm of the tap water? It could definitely contribute. Your plants are gonna need some nutrients. What kind of soil are you using and what nutrients? Looks like they are becoming deficient in a few areas. That's gonna be a bigger problem than the potential burn if its not taken...

    Help burning!!

Its only been a day or two? That is quickly progressing, its possible there are a few things going wrong here. I would start with the temps/light distance and see how the plant responds

    nute burn?

You'll almost never see a problem using less than the recommended amount. I have never ph'd my soil or runoff and I have never had lock out either. Maybe I'm just lucky that way. I do use a lot of cal mag, and I have a ridiculous amount of microbial life. I would use less than the recommended...

    Help burning!!

Your ppms aren't a problem, nute burn is going to look like brown tips at first. How long has the plant looked like that?
