U can defo use the red HPS for both stages.... But a Blue light... 250w CFL recommended is what helps them to bush out.... the combination is supposed to be the way forward.... Have spoken to loads of people who use red for the duration.... also for the early stages a Blue CFL is more cost...

Hello, I am having trouble uploading pics... i either get... u have a 'security token missing' when I try and upload more than one... or when I try and upload just one it says 'error uploading file - could not upload'... They are Jpegs and i have tried with all different sizes of photo...

Hi I am running a 250w CFL on 24h whilst vegging. I also have a 400w HPS.. I am reluctant to leave the HPS on when Im not in the house and was wondering if switching the HPS on and off during vegging (obviously CFL will be on 24h) will affect the plants.. worried it might trigger flower...
