My buds are always really thick and dense, but this time I only got about an oz per plant cuz I screwed up on some other aspects of the grow.

I've always used Fox Farm's Grow Big for vegging and Tiger Bloom for flowering. I know some people finish with molasses too, but I dont know how thats done.

An inch or two on ALL the branches? Or do I cut it down and make it shorter and just leave the bottom branches so that it has room to grow again?

I got the beans as freebies, so I didn't get a choice whether I wanted fem or not. But now they have both sprouted and are looking good. As long as you taped your branch back up there is a good chance it will live. It just depends on how badly the plant was damaged. Good Luck with that!

I have 3 middies, a WW clone, and a sprouting dome under 5 23 watt cfls. I will be adding two more little sprouts in the next few days, am I going to need more bulbs too? Also, can you regenerate your females with cfl's?

You can try vegging at 2700K if you want to. You have plenty of bulbs, but they are flowering spectrum, not vegging. I'm really not sure which way would work better. If it were me, I'd go to wal-mart and get a 2 pack of daylight 6500K bulbs for 10 bucks and do 18/6 veg. I'm not one for risk...

You can get the fixtures that the bulbs plug into at Home Depot or Menards. Just use a piece of wood, get 3 fixtures (they come in plastic and porcelain) use some old extension cord to wire them all together, and then u can have 3 fixtures with only one cord. In my experience, it is better to use more bulbs with less wattage then bigger bulbs. You can put a splitter in the fixture if thats a problem but with smaller bulbs you can get them closer to the foliage and you can get better coverage, all while running the same or less watts.
