How many grams per watt do you get?

One gentleman on here stated that pros can get almost two grams per watt of light. That means that they could grow almost a half pound off a single 100 watt bulb. I'm a piss poor amateur, but I haven't gotten that off a 400 watt. That seems a stretch even under perfect conditions with unlimited...

Hello NewGrowth. If you have just a moment, I was curious if you have a weekly amount of physan 20 that you use as a preventative measure in your reservoir? I have a 10 gallon res. Thanks you so much!

is a 2 filter ro water machine good enough?

In my opinon hell yes. If your water is brown, it may have a lot of sediment, but I imagine there is very little in comparison to the amount of ions in your water. I found an aquaium filter, on eBay, that was a 1 micron pre-filter and an RO filter. Nothing else. One gets out solids, and the...

    !!!spider mites!!!!

Neem oil. There is a product called Azatrol that is a concentrate of it and it worked wonders for me. They say you can use it up to your last week or 2 tops. spray plants every three days to kill each wave of eggs. A week or two and the plague will be under control. Due to the size of your...

Forget Reverse Osmosis RO Get pure filtered water with a deionizer DI no waste filter

Just read my email from these guys. He said they missed the note and that a "snap faucet adapter" is on its way. However that works. I'll post again when I know how many gallons this thing can actually clean efficiently, and when my adapter gets here.

Forget Reverse Osmosis RO Get pure filtered water with a deionizer DI no waste filter

I have done a lot of research due to the highly wasteful, and slow, nature of Reverse Osmosis (RO) filters. The good news is that I think I have found the solution to all our problems. http://stores.ebay.com/Rons-Water-Filters Above is an eBay link that shows one example form a particular...

    cloning problems w/ez cloner

you won't see results for 10-14 days. If you have an aquarium heater use it to bring the water to 75-80 degrees. Low temperatures were my largest problem.

    Ways to Increase yield

Look up scrog posts by rumpleforeskin on grasscity. Guys a genius when it comes to simplicity. No trimming. Just a reference point that supports branches slightly and gives one a sea of proportional colas.

one, two, three, FOUR strains in one 5 gallon DWC bucket. An easy mega-mother.

A heard of mothers is not an option regardless of size unfortunately. I just want the number of plants down. I'm thinking to half feed them to keep growth mild as well. Hell. I could cut of a tiny bit of the roots just to stunt them. Once well established of course. I doubt I'd go that crazy...

one, two, three, FOUR strains in one 5 gallon DWC bucket. An easy mega-mother.

Dilemma...How does one retain a variety of favorite strains without constantly buying seeds? I have been contemplating how to graft, and performed some unsuccessful experiments. I soon realized this was not going to be a viable option. Once I started using DWC I realized that two or more...

    Two plants in one!

Hello all. I was thinking about cloning two different strains in the same site of a deep water culture cloner, and when rooted transfer to a regular DWC system. Hydro offers any amount of roots the proper amount of nutrients. I just have to match growing heights but I think there is a string...

    Dwc Grow Club

So I just viewed a DWC set up and have been turned to the true way. The results of hydroponics are spectacular, and the simplicity of deep water culture is glorious. I set out to start a Deep water culture fan club... And found that there is already a huge following. Huzzah my fellow bubblers...

Cloudy solution and residue newbie issue

Hey man. I knew someone with the same problem. He showed me his buckets, he was using deep water culture, but a while after he added nutes his water would turn cloudy. little white bits that would settle as film on the walls. here is a website that talks about turbidity. maybe a step in the...

Strange indoor random flowering issue. Sound familiar?

Hello all. In an indoor operation I believe a female is flowering under an 18-6 light schedule. It's not an auto-flowering strain. The bulb is a potent florescent that grew it hungrily from a clone to a small plant. Now it appears to be laden with pistils at the newest growth tips. Which I have...

New to cloning blunder. Have I doomed my plants by using MG soil!?

The funny thing is that everyone has made me paranoid as hell using the crappy MG, but all my worrying has caused problems. I was so concerned about nute burn I flushed my plants when I had a problem, then they became over-watered. Not to mention I was using 1/2 the suggested amount of MG ferts...

New to cloning blunder. Have I doomed my plants by using MG soil!?

Thats what I tried. One plant looks more pale green than the others, so I did a 100% on that one, and did the others at half mast. i'll post again when I water them. How long will it take to regain its color? a week?

New to cloning blunder. Have I doomed my plants by using MG soil!?

I put them in soil over a month ago. They were fresh clones, they survived through not having any leafs to the plant I posted

Are clones tough enough to handle hungary cat?

The ladies are doing well, I am currently having a little trouble with these spots, and the green seems a little light. I believe they need more nitrogen. Thanks everyone again.
