    I got laid off today....

Hey, shit happens. If you don't have the money to drop on a 600 watt (it needs to have an air cooled hood in texas) then you could try your hand at cfl growing. On another note... shopping bags?!? Would they work as well as those fancy bags that air prune the roots? Why haven't I heard of...

    First Aeroponics Grow

I would try 3 on 15 off... 5 hours would dry out the roots in an aeroponic system, I would think. I see no other responses, so I figured I would drop in. If someone with more experience wants to say something, feel free.

Large Volume Water Changes in RDWC

Are you going to run a water chiller? Have you considered switching to coolers to keep the water from heating up? Do you like kittens? What nutes are you running? I like the idea of running some sort of sump pump or a pump that can go both ways for getting rid of waste water. You might get...

    Hydroponic Nutrition Help

Bleach is less likely to burn your roots, and gets rid of baddies with way less ppm than h2o2. Also, they say h2o2 will burn your hands if you don't wear gloves when handeling. As far as being food safe, every time I poor a glass of water, I drink chlorine. Same with all the other city...

Read the link I posted, and the post he linked. Fat somebodyorother is very informative, and he did drop mad science. The only evidence that I have besides what I already threw at you is anecdotal in nature. And mad rep to Al, but being a mod doesn't mean shit. All of the information he puts...

    Hydroponic Nutrition Help

Just use the cheap laundry bleach that doesn't have scents and whatnot. While I don't know why having good smelling reservoir is a bad thing, people that have done more research on that sort of thing than I say so.

    Hydroponic Nutrition Help

I was just reading a good thread about bleach. Apparently a lot of industrial growers use it. Do a search for "bleach hydro" up in the top right. Read it. Very informative.

    Hydroponic Nutrition Help

Everyone will have their nutes. I personally like the Lucas formula, but that doesn't take anything away from what Josh has to say. You might consider running a little chlorine bleach to keep the bad critters at bay. A few drops per gallon should do ya
