Yea don't feed til 4 weeks out, that FFOF is good stuff.. transplant shock is a big possibility as angryblackman said but they'll bounce back 2-3 days is good enough for hardening off... My guess is they need some full sunlight now and/or you are overwatering..throw them out and let that soil...

You need supplemental lighting (extend the hours of light) ...a couple of CFL's will work... all the N nutes in the world will not make them reveg...they're photoperiodic plants...its gonna take 2-3 weeks minimum before you see a change
