Your best bet would be to water with lab (lactose bacillus). It will help break down the organic material quicker while building the soil life.

If you are unable to get coco or peat, I would suggest a good pre made soil mix and then amend with your ingredients. With the pre made soil you will obviously not need the perlite or vermiculite, unless you wanted to add some for better air circulation and drainage. Best of luck with...

IMHO you don't want the plants to stay healthy green through harvest. I like mine to start fading 2 weeks before harvest. Yellowing of leaves is natural in nature and will leave you with a smoother smoke.
