Now that was an excellent, well thought out position. I was wondering though, after you created water, brought light into the world, then created the earth and mankind, what exactly did you do for rest and recuperation on the seventh day? :blsmoke:

ROFl, that had me creasing for ages. But seriously, abortion is wrong, but I can see some exceptions. They made abortion illegal in Cuba back in the 60's, but women just started having back street abortions leading many women to die through complications. In light of that, isn't the life of a conscious women more important than an unconscious premature fetus? Point being women will find a way to terminate there unborn child legal or illegal, and put their own lives at risk.

Exactly................ You may not remember the 40s-50s-60s, but thats how it was here before Rowe VS Wade. Abortion is not something to champion, but making it illegal will not make it go away, it will just make it go underground. BTW, can I get a date with that nasty girl in your avatar, I like em nasty.

Its down to reasoning. If the woman aborts the baby for the sake of the baby, 'shes extremely poor and knows the child is just going to have a miserable life trying to survive while his/her mum cant hold down a job or get food on the table so she has so sell herself' theres nothing wrong with it.

let's say that i own some property. let's say that the air on my property is also my property. if you are on my property as an invited guest but i find you to be inconvenient should i be able to slice you into pieces and throw you in a dumpster?

abortion is the most barbaric, self worshiping act that humans have ever conceived of. "better to have no life"?? who are you to force your dread of life on the unborn? let them get old enough to decide for themselves, and you should also put your money where your mouth is if you find life so hard to deal with.

it should be illegal and treated just as any other murder.

judgment? there is no judgment, taking a life is killing. you're the one judging. pretending that in some theoretical, laboratory condition the child would be better off dead is a judgment. i'm just talking about life and death.

Let me hear you talk about the killings in Iraq, the death penalty, the genocide in Darfur, etc. To you wackos this is OK but killing an unborn bunch of cells is murder. Prove to me that the fetus has a soul, that it is indeed a complete Human and then we'll talk, other wise, you are just being selective in your murder bullshit.

Come on guys abortion is right...Ok lets say you have a 13 year old daughter that got rapped by some mexican in cancune and now shes pregnant. Why should she have to give birth to the babby? Why?

I think abortion is better off left alone because in most circumstances its better for both sides even the unborn to stay that way. Ive seen more teenage girls with babbys and not taking care of them and giveing them up to grandperants.. No kid diserves a life where they feel unwanted point blank.

And lets not forget you telling sombody they cant have abortion is like telling me I cant smoke weed.....So in other words your just like the DEA a formal group that trys to outlaw somthing they dont agree with based on opinion..
