CFL KC36 & Royal Dwarf

hey man quick question, when you dried your plant you said you didnt expect it to dry so quick. How long did you leave it out hanging? My plant should be good to go within a week maybe 2, so want to make sure i get ready for the drying/curing process.

hey man good question. The first harvest i let it hang for 2.5 days, and i thought it was to much. But in reality it could have hung more.
During the second harvest I had them hanging for 4 days, and that seemed to do well. I have had this second harvest curing for a day and a half so far. No smoke test yet, but as soon as I get one I'll pm you to let you know how it turned out.

Hey all, So last week i harvested the oldest KC36 and it is now curring. I got 3g's dry from her. I have been having some issues with nutes, so i ordered the fox farm trio, and I also ordered a 150watt HPS for a bigger setup in my closet. I figure since my roommates know now, and aren't making as big of a deal that I expected (isn't that how it always goes lol).

I will be posting pics of the new setup. I will finish off the current girls in flower under the hps, and then I will most likely start one of the other varieties I have in my seed stash.

I'll post the list and have you guys vote on which one you want to see. hows that sound??

Anyways, these pictures are back from Nov 30. I wont be posting new pics until I have the new setup finished.

Thanks to all that have been keeping up with the garden, it has been one of the driving forces to keep this updated and maintain the quality in my garden. So here's to you guys. Stay High





p.s. have you guys checked out the new series on Discovery channel "weed Wars"? Interesting show, I'm not sure if it is going to benefit the community or not. Any thoughts?

yeah due to the lack of light and nutes, the bud is pretty airy.

This is why I'm getting a new setup, there's just not enough room to hold a bigger pot and get more lights and be able to take care of the plants the way I want to take care of em.

Damn, that looks like 7... did it shrink in size quite a bit?

its only about 6inches tall.. Doesn't shrink to much nope.

Well then it appears much larger than it is!

haha 12 inches wouldnt fit in my container. =) It's probably 12 including the pot.

I gotta agree man they look loads bigger in the pics
Shame the yield is so small because they do look heavy. How the frack are they so small anyway?

They are only in 4inch pots. Which is extremely small, so the roots dont have room to grow to support a larger yield. One of the reasons I wanted to grow them in such small pots was to keep the plant small (in height). It is unfortunate that it affects the yield so much. Thing are going to change though.

wow lol should have put up a coke can or lighter next to it lol

This pic was posted a while ago. They really dont grow much taller than this (maybe 3 inches taller now that I look at it more closely). except for the increase in the bud height which really is only about an inch.

wow that looks way smaller than the other pic

its because this one is in a 8 inch pot haha. So it dwarfs it a bit more than it already is.

when you get your hps you'l be pumping out da bud, honstly ur girl looked a easy 12inch
