Does height matter for yield?

Hey peoples,
I've recently moved from the south east to the south west, but my techniques are the same. Just a simple closet set up. I've got 12 little ones from seed under 400watts of Full spectrum compact fluorescents. They're about three weeks old, but they're only about four inches tall. They're lush, green little bushes with thick stems and up to nine prong leaves. I think they're short and stocky because of the colder weather (it's about a consistant 65* in the room). They look really healthy, but my question is, should I expect my usual yield? I usually get an oz. per plant if I flower at just over a month, usually ~12" tall under 600watts H.P.S. If they're only 6"-8" tall, but healthy, could I expect the same yield? Thanks.

How much of a yield can I expect with plants 2 feet tall under a 400watt HPS light? Plants are perfectly healthy growing in a closet and have been vegging for about 3 weeks now I am probably going to let them veg for another 2 weeks to let 2 of the smaller plants I started later catch up so I can have them all under the same light schedule. Thanks for any help.

to be honest swatic its not that easy to tell, so many variables, 2 each dry 3 each maybe all just pie in the sky, take a look at other grows and you will get an idea
