Evolution Or God?

And Med Man knows the spirit world too I see.
Cheers

Everything in life has a spirit! True, huh?
Even the rocks and the soil, water, air and fire and, even silence.
Big truth.

Couldn't resist comeing back to this thread now that some other knowledgable people are here. Spirit or no spirit - still good posts and people.

Again- for the third or fourth time. Do you believe you have a spirit?

Why can't either of you answer that?

Anybody else want to answer that? I do. Big deal. If you don't- so what! It sure drove these two nuts!

Lot of words but never a simple yes or no from either one of them.
I'm done with this thread. Now watch the flying pot shots come and maybe an answer.
If you're asking me, the answer is yes. I have been to the spirit world. As I said, take 4-8 peyote buttons per day while fasting, and you'll damn sure find out you've got one. Thing is, there are bad spirits as well as good, and if you are a bad person, (Sic), better stay away from the peyote.

What you don't know about the IRS Code is amazing!

So too your lack of knowledge on where true taxes were to originally have come from and what they were to have funded.

Let me ask you the most basic of questions to show you just how much you don't know...

Are you being taxed on the amount of money that you made/were paid? Or on the activity?

Hint:
What activities are taxable in the Code?

Is the word "Income" defined in the IRS Code?

If you have a fundumental right to work and to receive just compensation for your work AND you know that rights are not taxable- how can they tax your 'compensation/wage or as some call it- income?

Do you know what the actual name of a W-2 is? W-4 etc??

Heres a hint:
If the government had a 'right' to your money- they would need your permission to take it.

Do you know the difference between Soverign and subject?

Conversion?

How funny. That told me so much about you.
It also filled in the blanks in the minds of others.

BTW: Judea was a conqured country.
They had to pay tribute to Ceaser.

Your lack of knowledge on 'tribute' also says a lot about your knowledge of the tax code and our original rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights, US Federal and Supreme Case law etc.
Well, I admit I am ignorant of the tax code, and believe me, when I was earning duckets, I hated the infernal revenue dept. as much as any libertarian, but I still paid. I also realize that according to all you libertarians, the income tax just goes to pay interest on the national debt. So, being an ignorant slut, (Your inference), I may not be able to debate you on the tax code. But you still refuse to answer one simple question. Why do you have such a problem giving Ceasar his due? Do you believe Jesus was just bullshitting? Hey man, Where's the spirit now?

Spirits do not exist in reality

That wasn't clear enough for you?

Of course I don't believe in (what the majority defines as, because you are too much of a coward to define it for yourself) spirits.

...now go on and try to put a point together.

The Federal Income tax was for collecting a tax on corporate profits and business done on and off shore. Boy has that changed. Now they have strapped this on the backs of people and corporations get away with pating little or nothing.

You can vollentery to pay tribute to your slavemaster if you want but I am not a slave and I am not owned by any master other than God, my father.

Check out the new thread in a moment...

HMTH,

I suspect that you might be simply baiting people on this thread to frusterate them with circular questioning just for your kicks. However, because I honestly don't think you're a moron (and hope you are not trolling), let me answer every single question you might be asking when you ask "do you believe in a spirit". I was hoping you would simply just define the term for me so I wouldn't have to go through all these. If you are just being a smart ass just for the sake of trolling, please let me know so I can simply ignore you and not take you seriously...

1. Do you believe in the principle of conscious life? Yes

2. Do you believe in an incoporeal, living part of humanity? No.

3. Do you believe in a soul, as separating from the body at death? No.

4. Do you believe in supernatural beings (fairies, sprites, angels, demons, gods, etc.)? No

5. Do you believe in an attitude or principle that inspires, animates, or pervades thought, feeling, or action? Yes

6. Do you believe in a divine influence? No

7. Do you believe in a spirit that completes the third part of the "holy trinity"? I do not believe in any part of the trinity.

8. Do you believe that people can be observed to have differing dispositions or attitudes in terms of vigor, courage, and/or firmness of intent? Yes

According to my dictionary, there are 17 additional definitions of "spirit". Let me know if these 8 don't cover what you're asking...

I suppose one that either has no spirit or believes they have no spirit would absolutely withdraw. Spirit may mean one thing to one person and another to someone else. I'd suggest this for you: Fast for 2 weeks, then during the second week of the fast, eat at least 4-8 peyote buttons every day and get back to me about spirit. I submit you may have some new opinions on the subject.
You are correct, "spirit" can mean quite a few things, and I highly doubt you would question that the term is highly nuanced, no?

When you starve yourself for two weeks and then introduce psychoactive substances to your body, is it at all possible that whatever you experience is a complex and very misleading delusion produced by the biochemical processes of an extremely complex human brain that might think it is dying? Why must it be supernatural? Just curious.

No baiting. I just asked a single question long agao- do you belive that you have a spirit? That was all I asked and have not got a 'yes' or 'no' answer.
I do apperciate your respoince above but don't believes it answers my question either. No worries.
Have a Happy Thanks Giving.
Cheers !

A spirit being an angelic or supernatural replica of ourselves? No. An as yet to be detected energy that encompasses all our emotions, memories, and deeds that will some day depart from this world and go to a state known as Heaven or Hell as depicted by the King James Bible? No.

How about a spirit as in the inner voice that is made up of electrons and wave particles that exists solely in our brain, also known as a conscience, that gives us the ability to tell from right and wrong? Yes.

Let me ask you a question: Do you believe that space-time had a beginning?

HMTH,

I feel like if you really wanted a straight forward answer to your question, you wouldn't throw out such an abstract term, frame it in a "yes" or "no" question, refuse to define your term and then expect a simple response. That doesn't seem a little strange to you? Have I misrepresented the situation? My head is spinning because I keep telling myself, "I don't think she's (Justine?) trying to fuck with me", but at the same time your expectations for an answer are completely unreasonable.... so we'll just have to stop here I guess. I don't really care about the original question at this point, I'm just a little baffled by the fact that you obviously don't think there is anything inherently strange about your question.

I don't know hows that for an answer? I want to believe I really do but if I can't see it touch it or taste it I am inclined to believe it does not exisit. That said there has to be something otherwise this planet would have self destructed a long time ago, I just have a hard time wrapping my head around it. Kinda like this if it helps, if a tree falls in a forest but no on is around does it make a sound? All I know is if there is a god I thank him very much for making us a special weed which I will continue to smoke in honour of him :) hoping for some more devine wisdom even if I do forget it when the buzz wears off..........

Heres one for you did you know that when you die you lose exactly two ounces that cannot be accounted for? I am not talking an estimate but "exactly" two ounces. Air in the lungs calculated and body fluid measured, everything but still two ounces. I worked in the funeral industry for 15 years and a lot of rumour is thats the weight of your soul that leaves your body. What I want to see in my lifetime which will never happen is someone who was frozen cyrogenticly come back and tells us 100% yes or no to life after death. It's kinda funny how inquisitive humans are that we have to know things even it is the worst thing we could ever want to hear, if we knew there were no consequences after death we would live in a much different society but that may be the weed talking LOL.

The reply from the beyond has already happend countless times.

If I were God and I made all things and then created a creature for the sole purpose of communicating with me- I wouldn't hide.
I would spend my time - living with them. Moment by moment. Through their entire life.

I would know who is seeking me out and I would make myself know. I would not hide.
But to those that say he does not exsist- why should he reveal himself to them?
They made up their minds. They make theirown god of imagination and make it dance the way they want 'it' to.

The living God, the Lord God Most High is truly ... a rock star! He hangs with those that know he's cool. And we've been invited to the party! I accepted the inventation and look forward in meeting other cool people!

The energy of our spirit comtains the finger print of our lives. The DNA of the momorie can never be lost because it's spirit and it's alive. It's not like plasma or any other form of electromagnitisum. It is nothing like an atom of matter.
One is mortal and the spirit, along with thought- immortal. This 'energy' can only be known and barely detected via brain waves- but the thought is still there in the immortal realm of life.... a place where God is found by those who seek Him out.

To those who say their is no God- at the end of life, darkness. But those that understand the light of the spirit also understand the meaning- the candle of the Lord.

Energy never dies. It transforms from one to the other. Spirit energy is different- it's you ... and will always be you- exsisting in light or in darkness. The choice is yours.

This shit is laughable!

There's not a goddamn thing that proves any god ever thought up by humanity exists.
