I have a platinum p600 I was going to run the T4 on the other side in a 4x4 and if it goes well I will put another T4 in and take the p600 put. Or leave it in the center and have a T4 on each side.

Just use a 5/64" or 7/64" titanium Nitrate bit from harbor freight $4/6pk & self tapping electronic M3x8-120mm electronic screws. Tapping is SO unnecessary.

Aluminum is softer than you think.
The degree of softness has little bearing on the end result, Aluminium is a metal, not wood, and, for me personally it deserves a degree of respect not afforded by a self tapping screw. In the same way that some choose to grow by directly feeding roots bypassing the majesty of the soil some will also choose to cut and thrust without thought for the end receptacle.
