I'm right in the center of LAN, Jackson, Brighton and A2. I'll admit it's not the complete boonies here, but by this time of year when the trees fill-in, you can barely see my house from the road anymore. Maybe I can't go too big (yet) but it'd be a shame to not go for it and attempt to piece together something small. I'm just under 5 acres and have only 2 immediate neighbors, one adjacent north and one south, none east or west.
Hic I'd be interested in what you have learned about your GH design now that you've run it some already and how do you keep it cool? Perhaps slight tree coverage, at least cutting dwn on a few hrs of direct light isn't a bad thing!
Glad thanks for the superstore link... haven't been to that site in a few yrs! Immediately I noticed the automated shutters and exhaust fans. Also I kinda like the darker 'grey' polycarbonate, even tho it only transmits 30% light, it could be used on one or two sides of the GH to keep it even more stealth. maybe it's just nearly equivalent to using plywood. This entire thing is going to be a process, I have virtually no budget... we'll see where this goes, at least I can choose a site and design it this year if nothing more, that's still progress.
