No offense but we don't need hobos running the country.

They're homeless because they made irreparably stupid decisions, yes we should certainly help them but beyond that you're talking crazy...weve enough fuck ups in Congress already.

Personally, I'd rather the highly educated run the show.
You're offensive.

If they made themselves heard, maybe their voice would counter the corporate takeover by 'intelligent people'.

You are starting to sound like a Republican.

First, your fear is imagined. "Hobos" or better put, homeless represent a tiny fraction of the population as a whole
Second, the real danger is when people are unable to have a voice in government. South Africa is a good example of what happens when a large fraction of people don't feel they have a say in the how the government operates.
Third, there is a real benefit in having a diversity of viewpoints when formulating public policy.

Hobo's, such a romantic adventure on Americas trains.....Trump will make it great again.

I wish someone in the FDA hadn't made "irreparably stupid decisions" stating Cipro was safe for me.
I would still have my house, instead of pins holding tendons together.

I'd rather educate them, get them off the streets and then listen to what they have to say.

I'd rather have qualified people running the Govt, if a homeless person is qualified then great, if not then...why appoint them to Govt?

I may have worded my original post on the topic wrongly but let's try to focus on results.

Do you think a homeless person wants somewhere to live and an education or some bleeding heart liberals to "listen to them" so they can feel good about themselves and tell their friends how much they "care"?

I'm so to the left most lefties here are right wingers to me, I just try to focus on results rather than focus groups.

You have not one single fucking clue about what homeless people are going through or what they need and want.

Instead of learning something, listening and asking questions, you just charge in with a bunch of stupid fucking assumptions and expect to be taken seriously.

You've just been caught talking out your damn fool ass AGAIN, Stinkydigit!

Lol.

What could homeless people possibly want...?

A whiney bitch like you telling them "they're so brave" or a home?

You're all talk, all you do is talk.

Yeah, let's sit there and ask questions while people freeze to death on the streets.

You understand there's a distinction between the issue of homelessness and homeless people being represented in government and those same homeless people actually running the government, right?

The point is, homelessness is not an important issue to establishment politicians because homeless people have no financial influence in government. Same reason most all other issues that are important to poor people largely get ignored regardless of the political party in power. We have two parties of the same coin who both represent special interests.

Yet another useless, stupid, shitty fucking post.

I've met homeless people with a PhD. I've met homeless people made that way through exactly no fault of their own. I'm well aware it can happen to anyone, especially in America- and you make me wish it happens to you, at least for long enough to wipe that smug sneer off your self-centered, supercilious face.

You need to learn some fucking humility. Among MANY other things.

You obviously haven't been paying attention to the work I've posted here on this very forum if you think all I do is talk.

Why do you think I'm agitating every day for higher taxes on mega corporations and the wealthy if not to help those who have the least in life?

WTF have YOU done with your life that's so Grand, Stinkydigit? That's what I thought, so kindly shut your mouth long enough to think and learn something.

You are far too kind to that walking waste of airspace.

He doesn't know.
He doesn't think.
He just flaps his face.

He should be homeless for awhile.
Long enough to pull his head out of his ass and quit sucking his Stinkydigit.

You, on the other hand, sound like you've been close enough to homelessness at some point in your life that you have a firm enough grasp on the desperation, the fear, the frustration of the situation to want to do something about it for everyone.

This is one reason I respect you as a human being, even if I don't always agree with your political positions.
