The problem with that statement is that some people are so stupid the concept of that is simply not possible for them to process. They honestly believe that being stupid is perfectly acceptable. They believe that stupidity should be excused because, after all, you're smart enough to get out your Little Orphan Anny decoder ring and figure out what it was they were trying to articulate to begin with.

In other words, since you're smart enough to decipher all of their bullshit and figure out what they're saying, it excuses their stupidity and complicity in being a complete dumbass.
