Thats great mines was recieved feb 28th so hoping that means mine will be processing soon. Let us know when you get it. They ill have a better idea on when to expect mine.
Mine was also sent electronically on Feb 28th, so you and I both should get ours around the same time. If they’re already into the first week of February, we could very possibly see our cards by the end of May. Sounds like they’re getting back to a 90-day wait as opposed to 120.

To those of you who’ve gotten their cards already, what’s the return address on the envelope? I know this sounds silly, but I get the Informed Delivery from the post office every day around 7am. I want to know as soon as I see the image that I’m getting my card that day!
I was wondering this as well, what the envelope looks like, etc. Just hoping mine didn't get mistaken as junk mail by my fiance or myself. I have sent an email to IDPH cannabis dept as well as calling with no luck getting through on a phone call and no response via email. Fingers crossed it will be coming any day. I've spent a lot of money on this and still spending money on pain meds waiting for this.

So did you receive yours 14 days after they received your paperwork?? Mine was received February 17 and I still haven't received anything. :/
No. I just received an email yesterday stating. They have started processing my paperwork. So hopefully very soon for me.

I am a Store Leader of the local game store and the staff from my home Clinic told me to check if I qualify since they are regular customers we talk about everything. My background and picture was $110 and then I paid the $250 for the 3 year and took it into the clinic to make sure it was properly filled out and sent it electronically, I see my Doctor at least once a month or every 3 months for all the meds I am on for a med check, plus the random drug test I have to do I had no fee from them and no fee from the clinic. I know that once I do get my card that I will probably have to pay for them help coordinate with my doctor for a step down program with the medications I am on which I am fine with over 13 yrs on high doses and don't look forward to stopping cold turkey
Good luck! That’s great news. Glad you will be getting off of that! Y

I believe that today is the correct time to post the timeline of my application...

I was scheduled the last week of January for a routine blood draw for A1C... and had a discussion with the PA that I see about requesting the physician to submit the doctor's portion of the application based on numerous diagnostics in my record... she stated that he would consider my request... at the close of business on Friday, one of the clinic nurses called to tell me that my application was signed and going out in the last mail of the day.

I contacted the fingerprint service that my former employer used, and got an appt scheduled...

I went to a local Walgreens for a passport photo.and a color print of an image of my IL drivers license...

At this point... I began having problems uploading docs to the state website...

So,I purchased a PO money order, and picked up a Priority Mail envelope...

After my fingerprint appt, I walked from the courthouse to the post office, and paid for my package to Priority Mail to Springfield...

From there I found this forum discussion... here is the timeline after mailing.

2/13 mailed package
2/15 tracking stopped moving at second USPS facility in Springfield
2/23 USPS reply via email... image of my Priority Mail at sorter... probably moved to tub of mail for IDPH without delivery scan
3/9 email IDPH and got reply that app was received and will be processed in order of receipt

I checked the USPS inquiry system numerous times but no info regarding money order being cashed...

Today I checked the IPDH online application pages... and I am listed as a Qualifying Patient... no notification of approval or printer.
I’d give it another week. You are a little more than a week behind me. My take on the whole experience, and word is that I was approved last week and sent to the printers... is that all the behind the scenes work happens, meaning money collected and background etc, then the approval is fast. It seems to take a day or less. A real person to make sure all info is accurate and present. I called the Friday before last, they told me that they had not gotten to my name yet. Maybe next week. I sent an email Tuesday and nothing. I called Friday and bingo! Found out I was approved and sent to print. Today I got the response email letting me know I was approved and sent to the printer. My application was received 2/2/18. You are on your way!

Did you get the word by you calling them or did they send you a letter. I sent mine in beginning of Feb also. Only called once to make sure all my paperwork was received and then emailed then once also
You have got to be close. Mine was accepted 2/2/18 and I was approved 4/13/18. Best of luck! Hang in there!

How did you find if you were a qualified patient?

Is your patient ID the same as your ss# or dl#? I’ve been searching the site and can’t find where I can find if I’m a qualifying patient...

I already did the app and paid back in February. I’m trying to see if I am a qualifying patient on the website. It’s askifn for registration number... I’m wondering if it’s the same as a persons ss# or a systems generated number.

It’s not on the site. I’ve gone through the entire cycle. I never saw that on the site! I can say that after 45 days you can email or call to ask about status. Email and number are on the site. I did both. It was about 70 days till approval and card should be in mailbox by Friday. So about 77 days in all
