Again... Wall draw and actual output are 2 different things.
Take a multi-meter and test your actual COB chip. This will tell you what you are ACTUALLY outputting.

Most of that data is foreign to me. The only things I can understand are the voltage, current, and color temp.
When comparing led chips like these, what values in the specs should I be looking at to give me info about which is a better performing product?

I know @CobKits ran some tests on all these different COBs and graphed up the results. I'm not sure where they've gone to, maybe he has them handy.

yeah i have tests on those. not at the shop now, bump me if i forget.
bottom line is they are less efficient than the more expensive chips, but at that price you can use more and get better more uniform coverage. i should prob run a test with them to determine how many match a QB in efficiency, probably 5 (as opposed to (4) 1212 gen6)

I would love to see those results.
My idea is to run two 48" light rails each with 5 of those citizen cobs to cover an area that's 50"x30".

yeah that would be one cob per square foot and would be a good match for the 1212s as they have pretty good performance at about the 35W/chip youre looking at.
