Just an Idea

sweet leaf by AN is good and has a lot of carbs and sweetening extracts from various shit( like grapes, molasses n such) i use it in combo(used to at least) with heavy molasses feeding TRHOUGHOUT flowering, it helps the plants in so many ways, i even flushed with molasses once but didnt really like the earthy smell it brought to my dope, it was also the genetics of that strain tho, the molasses just upped it hard. anyways yea you should not be flowering unless you have given your clones (or seeds )a decent amount of time, not height or w/e in veg as many strains could take up to 3x the amount of time to get to the same size and vigour as another you know? You should start marking things down on a calendar so you can decipher exactly what changes what and hw long you ran before using something and hpow long your veg time was after introducing a new component to your nutrient line. I would not be using any home and garden nutes, if anything get a cheap 2-3 part base feed from any respectable hydro brand(seeing as they only care about weed) although veg nutes are not the biggest deal compared to bloom, you can replace nutes with time in veg but you cant do that in flowering. You should also think about using bloom boosters and additives along with your base feed, bud blood is a great example along with hygrozyme, especially if you are in soil and already or are interested in reusing that soil. Grozyme is the shiiiiiiit. Anyways goodluck with stuffing 60 plants under a 6er, i mean it can be done but those mafuckas better be in 1/2 gallon growbags or something cause your space would have to be too big to house anything bigger. 600watts are pushing it in like a 5x5/6x6 space so i would be containing the actual plant space to about 4x4, then again i overlight my shit(had a 1000 watt in a 4L x 2D x 6H for 8 months it was NUTS), and it does pay off. goodluck and stay safe though bro.

So painful.. Learn a bit about botany/horticulture of C3 plants in general.. If these products provide beneficial organisms/enzymes or perhaps certain amino acids then thats one thing, but the fact that they're touting these to impart particular flavours should be a GIANT FUCKING RED FLAG!! I'm expecting AN to put a tiger repelling rock on the market one of these days..:)

I'm right in the middle of getting a venture capitalist to take a look at MY Tiger repelling rock, so mums the word on that please..!

It's amazing to see something so simple (growing good weed) turned into a complicated mess of misinformation and marketing. If you showed a farmer all of these nutrient sites, he/she would bust a rib laughing.

One would almost think the weed supply industry is run by lawyers and used car salesman.

In a similar thread though I think I came up with a mechansm to account for the flavours a few claim to detect.. Aerial depositing of volatile essential oils.. Somebody mentioned that when he grew in proximity to a mint patch, that a mint flavour was imparted.. That coupled with experience having to smoke weed shipped with Bounce Sheets really made me think.. Pretty ghetto if you ask me if thats indeed the case.. No different than misting crap onto buds.. I know Dr. Pepper is often used for that, it adds a fruity odour, and makes things seem more resinous/crystally..
Just my new hypothesis/theory that I'm using to comprimise with these guys.. Could be tested by sitting a warm bucket of the stuff at the intake I suppose..

I've heard of febreeze being used as a spray on buds...blech! Another reason to grow your own!

First and fore most, if you think you need extra flavor for your buds...you are either growing dirt weed or you didn't do a very good job of growing.
I love the taste of my weed and would never try and change the flavor. What's next, Strawberry Kiwi Lemon Lime?

If the flavors are altered at the genetic levels (think bubblelicous), I'm down with that, but nothing else.

Exactly.. I've seen it as a coverup for that hay-mow moldy smell..
On that note, this is a really bad year for mold around here.. Since dumb greedy fucks don't like drying their weed, they're selling more penicillin than the pharmacies..:( I'm in a situation with kids at that no-go age, and can't take the risk of doing anything myself.. I only know one guy currently who does everything right.. Long time friend, but he keeps things really small so there is a far from limitless supply..
And as for those flavours, they've been done already too..:( I guess you don't see all the BS if you stick to yourself, and purposely avoid association with the underbelly of the business..
Never had Bubbleicious myself.. Had Juicy-Fruit, and think that name is pushing it a bit.. Blueberry on the otherhand screams its name, but for some reason 90% of that stuff gets chopped way too early in these parts..
And Febreeze makes me sick even when used as intended..

hahah! We are on the same wavelength. You are doing the right thing by not growing in front of the kids... big thumbs up there. Parents that push weed with kids around are no different than parents who push religion on them forcibly.....IMHO.

 those flavors are already out there?? Lawdy....

I'm going to market a liquid that will turn the appearance of a weed plant into a Tomato plant. think of it! Plant it ANYWHERE, even in the Obama garden!

The instructions and warranty will read something like this:
1.) It will take four full growing seasons of plant to seed to plant to seed, etc. for the mutation to occur (be patient)
2.) The mutation will only occur with natural sunlight (FU Indoor G's )
3.) Cuttings will not mutate (there are no shortcuts to perfection)
4.) This product is fully warrantied for 2 YEARS!!!
5.) The warranty is void if the instructions were not followed.

I'll bet if I come out with a snazzy phrase and a "hooter" girl on the label I can snag $125/gallon.

I watched a seedling grow for weeks in a potted plant on my english teacher's desk back in HS before it got noticed.. :) Dunno who planted it but +rep to them for the hilarity..
And have you ever seen Duck's Foot?? IIRC its an australian sativa that grows leaves with webbed lobes.. Looks kinda maple like (or like a duck's foot).. I don't think it'd be possible to do in this climate.. Sad because itty bitty maples LOVE to grow in obnoxious semi-secluded places..

And gimme gimme, I can wait 4 years..:) It rarely drops below -40 during winter around here..
