LED lights

p.s. yeah the boss king is 6w per diode, don't know what voltage they are putting into them tho but im sure its @ the MAX! lol
the warranty length is a indication of that sometimes,. as leds do not get any brighter with more power, they burn out quicker
so if those 6w leds are driven at the most efficient power. etc.. why just offer 1 year warranty? when they are meant to last over 50,000 hours?
hmmmmmm
Well then, obvious question would be, why not offer a 50,000 hour warranty if they were that good.? I know that is a silly thing to expect due to evolution of the market etc..
But to offer 3 years at least would be more acceptable wouldn't it?
Shows the supplier stands by the quality of his or her leds & the ability to be able to deal with any failures quickly when they arise.
Like that dude from king states on his vid, he would just swap them over, job done.
And that is how you do it in my opinion.
By Putting ya money where ya mouth is, proof in the pudding etc.. etc..

whoops there goes another cat..... lol.
Post your cat pics ha. My siamese is always chillaxing. Hey, the light came today and here is the warranty. It is 3 years but kinda worded strangely. Take a look.

Picked up a LED array for my shops display today. Its by Gen Lighting in Langley BC. This unit is 400W and has a controller module to control each color LED to what ever intensity you want. This will be growing vegetables as I don't have access to a grow room atm.

I'll make a video of how the LED"s intensity is changed by the controller unit tomorrow. Just waiting to get the manual for it as I forgot to grab it.

http://genlighting.com/titan-i400.html the spec are in the PDF files.

I still make money I just need to be the cheapest store in my area. Its double edge sword but I got a local store chain that I need to make suffer. I stole 4 of their customers two weeks ago. Payback is a fucking bitch.

Best I could do is sell one unit at cost if someone is really interested in testing it. It would still be up there though. I wish I had a place to do my sog set up I use to play with growing Diesel. Then I'd know in a few crop what the LED could do.

The next version is supposedly going to be controlled by a phone over the internet but I told them that's like companies opening up critical system just asking to get hacked.

Yo dude,

i dont want to rock the boat as to say but that is a Lumini Grow unit (china, google them), re-sold under another name....3 models available, the 450 R1 (epistar), the 200 R1 (osram & epistar) & the 600 R1 (also osram & epistar)
all come with that controller, the smart controller... how do I know all of this? i helped them design the final unit through testing. Ironed out all the problems.
The first model had too many blues in the spectrum to be honest but we they are working on changing that, besides, the leds are easy to de solder and remove.
Plus ive just received the wireless unit to try out.
Yup it can be controlled wirelessly aswell via android (blue stax needed for pc's i think, this is to be worked out)

Anyway, it matters not who's reselling it as i know they have distributors all over the world now.

so, you say yours is a 400W? should be 450W mate, unless they've turned the power distribution down from the meanwell power driver that's inside to a better sweet spot voltage.

Heres some pics

450 R1 - This was the first unit ever made and tested, good results aswell.

Bubba Kush Auto - from seed to harvest : 79 days
222.96 Gr. Dry
120 x 120 x 200 Area,
30 L Airpot,
LightMix Soil.
G.E.T. Feeds
Lighting Schedule - 24/0 full spectrum. No controller needed as unit runs at full settings without it

Those downward pointing fans can also be reversed to suck in air from the bottom but i would check with the 'retailer' first if your gonna change them

so who copied who? that doesn't concern me.
Lumi grow in the states were the first to retail this type of LED anyway, many years back, getting their parts from china and assembling them in the usa
And who supplied their parts to start with? Lumini Grow.
Credit where credit is due eh ?

but i will add that i like the look of your unit Canna bro, it looks snazzy in black, wont it soak heat up tho? not reflect it...but im being picky again, apologies lol

Your price is a good price aswell mate compared to other LEDs out there without even half the features this one has, best of luck to you, i will of course forward any Canadian friends of mine to you.
Peace.

Sorry man I don't know who resells who, just wanted some more fancy lights in the display unit. The specs for the unit are on the page I linked to. It is Chinese made and he stated that from the beginning. It does look like the Lumi Grow but is different color.

hey dude! its coooool, I'm not a anti LED supplier troll waiting to pounce on price advertising etc... , its all good bro. lol.
Everyone has a right to earn a living man, especially if you got overheads aswell, ie the running costs of a store.
Material wealth means nothing to me, as my old dad used to say "you cant take it with ya" lol. just to be able to get by is good enough for me
im just here to provide the proof and facts for all, the peace keeper for all LED users. & now you have those pics aswell eh?
use them when you like mate, with my blessing.
