An entire UN sanctioned Nation has their right to even exist, questioned by Jihadists, HAMAS. Their cultural self identification as Palestinians doesn't mean anything considering the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank. HAMAS is an agency of Iran.

Gaza wanted to be a war Zone and "elected" HAMAS. You can fool most of the people most of the time, especially if you practice terror in the night.

And they turned it into a shit hole while the West Bank is coming back to civilization.

You could widen and deepen the Suez in an Act of biblical proportions. But, only the future generations would really see the benefit.

The one weapon everybody has is vendetta. To use a nuke in anger will never be forgotten or forgiven. It really does seem like everything now is old grudges, making past sins right, with the blood of the news sons. These sons are wronged in the process and tell their childern about it. Maybe it has always been this way.

Now it's that Global News has us informed, but not very well, at all. Just enough to split the market share.

It really doesn't matter even if like most of us, we just really don't care. Life is too short. If I was born in kibutz or slum, then I really feel it. When we are young we are in the fight. But, the fight we know nothing about, really.

Else we watch. Before very recently we could not even do that. And it's true, the Arabs in the region hated me as an American, long before I knew that. They didn't need TV. I did. I have Compassion for everyone. They hate my passport and me.

But, we do this to ourselves. All of this taking sides and the detailed blame game is just hiding in complexity by thinking everything is so simple. I think it's making it worse.

There was a time when anybody that could think in this world wanted stability and protected sea lanes. Wars were fought about that and internally the fights were about the spoils of that.

No one in the world wanted to tear it all down and start again. Now people seem to think the Age of Aquarius is over. Too bad, too late, we are done. In America we are kept in this Impending Recovery that doesn't happen. And people voted for it. The New Normal, Argentina. At least we have the 22 Amendment.

We think it's OK, somehow. It seems like people are cheering for the decline of America. But, which is the Devil you want after that?

edit: with Hagel now confirmed as SecDef hopefully we will see a more fair and balanced approach to the US favouritism towards Israel. This WOULD go ALONG WAY to IMPROVING the US' standing with the people of the Mid-East
