Need answers from experienced led growers

Hello my question is do I have enough lighting for my grow box My current setup is a 300w LED panel 100x3w here is a link also I have three seedlings under this light there good midgrade bagseeds.

I know its not the best but it is bright it has red blue and white diodes If I don't get at least 2 Ounces then I am going to add more lighting like four 65 watt cfls for side lighting. What do you guys thinks do I have enough light to achieve 2 ounces or no ?

Not sure about the led and stuff but I could get 2 oz's off of 3 plants using candles I think, thats not asking for much 0.75 each.. But really add at least a few CFLs in the 6400 K range

You need to sex your "bagseed" plants before we even talk about dry weight and light requirements...........good luck

The light you have should grow out one plant nicely. If you end up with more than one female, you will benefit from more light. CFLs or T5s would work for supplemental. Your light probably uses around 200w at the plug. I use 400-500w of LED and grow 2 at a time. Usual yield is around 6oz per plant.

Thanks you guys for replying my biggest is worry is I will get a low yield and I will sex the Bagseedlings in like 2-3 weeks thats why I grow 3 usually ones a male and I get two Females also I would have grown with HPS but ventilation and electricity just seems like such a hassle anyways I think I will get a couple High wattage Cfls I will probably have to add a couple CPU Fans to keeps down the heat right now the 3 bag seedlings are 1 week old but they are not growing tall they are staying low I have the light about 8 inches away I would think this is a good thing since stretching means lack of light

That is not a good light at all, it has bad news written all over it, you will be sorry if you purchase that light.
It is visible in the pictures provided on the auction page, that the light is a bad design, with cheap parts.
Ebay LED lights are notorious for having short lifespans and poor results.
Save up a little more money and get a good quality LED light.
For $300 you can get a Hans Panel, it will flower a 2x2 area, and only uses 56 watts.

If you have a question about which LED lights are worth your money, read the the threads that are stickied to the top of the LED forum.
They're full of facts, proof, and an entertaining drama, from time to time.

yep for sure you can get at least 2oz. i did a 300w grow with 1w chips and was able to pull off 8 oz doing coco with some bumps in nutrient deficiencies. i did a scrog setup with a white and red spectrum diy panel i built off ebay. actually planning to build a 600w panel in at the start of the new year. Im not sure about ebay lights though. i read some sellers descriptions that they only output 60% of what they advertise b/c they are purposely driven lower to increase lifespan (specs). my panel is driven near max so its hard to say if those specific lights can get the same as mt 300w panel. i used a 3:2:1 spectrum of ww,cw, red 620nn to build it took 10 hours of build time.

Hey thank you for replying my LED is 100x3w pcs the actual draw close to 200 watts probably around 170 but it is really bright currently I have 3 Bag seedlings under this light and they are looking very healthy they are just starting to grow their 3 bladed leaves I know their just seedlings but the first real leaves just look so healthy and green but I will add some more lighting four 65 watt Cfls should do for side lighting Im just so worried about my yield though it just seems like there are so many mixed reviews about LEDs unlike HPS everyone gets good results not saying that LEDs suck but there is definitely more criticism towards LEDs

You wouldn't be asking that question if you would have read any other threads on here besides your own.
Good luck, you're going to need it.

He already purchased the light so it doesn't matter what good info you give him..........the panel will be a paperweight within a year most likely:P

I have read so many threads about LEDs its ridiculous but why would I want to replace my Light for a lower wattage light the light in that link only puts out 56 watts mine puts out 170 watts actual

can't answer your question without knowing what area you are trying to fill.

3 plants in a 2x2 area or 3 plants in a 3x3 area or 3 plants in a 2x4 area. makes a big diff. surprising how all the other people that replied did not ask, mostly a bunch of idiots, except maybe psugaro or iknowad.

I recommend you get some HO T5s and hang them sideways or some E27 warm white leds. forget about cfls.

Its a Grow Box it is 60 inches tall 24 inches wide 36 inches deep I have two Holes on top with two cpu fans over each hole for exhaust and there is a hole near the bottom with a cpu fan for intake they are in Miracle grow soil and I dont plan on fertilizing Im going to veg for 3 -4 weeks I also plan to do a scrog if I dont get a good yield Im going to try HPS

It is all about intensity, wattages gives you no info on what light a plant will absorb. I replaced 134 watts of Cfl with 49w's of LEDs. All diodes are not created equally. I doubt that light pulls even 150w at the plug.
