Check their website (Hortilux) ... I think you run it up to 18/6 but I was reading quickly verifying it was the bulb I was looking for

I'm up to 3 tents now, with WW trade for a 5' by 5' by 78"- can we say perpetual BABY! Gonna grow some Sweet Corn in my 1/4acre garden, so I can get up to speed on this COB business-( so price to have one of you Cobbers build me enough coverage for 5' by 5'? And yes, I have the ability, just No Time, too busy raising a houseful of girls and working.Spent 1 1/2 hrs. just topping and feeding& watering this AM.

Between taking care of business, trying to figure timing for 2 tents(1st time for Photos)- when to start next seeds so I don't overgrow small tent before chopping next, ordering seeds(trying to get the best, keeping up with cure) and doing quality control( sampling results daily)- oh yeah ,and working, sleeping, eating. LOL Some Hobby! Very Controlling! But great chill time in the DANK Basement. But got to love the enthusiasum on this place, Massholes Rule! and this from a displaced Texas Boy. And no spelling police on this site- used to have an amazing vocab.- but WW kinda gets in the way

Round 2- Day 40- Pineapple Kush- Avg. 15 sites per plant( after topping& no shock- just steady growing( gonna have height issues again) into 12/12 for a week now- show me some flowers, dammit!) Just raised lights, but only have ~ 16 " left of height to raise on 78" tent. They are like Medusa- cut off 1 head and 2 more grow back.

Wow...Looking really nice! Great job bro. Steve you should swing thru Athol and check out my setup and give me some pointers on lacking areas. Got some C-99 and some BBC ready to puff!

I'm either going to be in veg for the rest of my life or I may just plant these outside as a hedge. LST is moving right along but they just keep getting bushier and wider but not taller !!! I truly have no idea how I will clone these without cutting off the tops. I think I got the short, fat, 'n' happy phenos.

My white widows behaved that way. I went a full 6 weeks into veg before flipping them. I took clones from lower branches. They were all healthy, so I just chose some I wanted to trim anyway.

They are stretching nicely in flower. But it is one full tent - wall to wall plant.

DWC has been on my mind alot since you mentioned it to me. I would love to be able to see my babys roots, and in soil I can not. question for you~ Personally, do you use just an air pump and air stone, or do you also use the water/nutrient pump with a line up to your plants? (bubblephonics). I am seeing both ways when I type "dwc" into google.

Having made the mistake, I implore you to do at least a few runs in soil or at least soilless substrate before going bare root hydro.

No, seriously ... This is Day 48 since the seeds went into the water. Here are 2 of the phenos ... 6" tall, 8" wide, stalks like tree trunks, and as far as I can tell really pleased with themselves.

Overview (there are 3 gal pots)

I'd be thrilled if something was 16" tall
An even canopy is much more important in an indoor garden than mere height, because distance between light source and leaf is the single most critical aspect of canopy management.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with those plants that one more week before flipping to a bloom lighting schedule won't fix.

Seriously, nice work!

The thing that scares me about hydro is the speed with which a problem can kill you. I've heard that in soil, a problem can take 7-10 days to become acute, but in dwc you only have 2-3. No margin for error there. If you aren't dialed in and checking everything constantly you can end up starting over.

I'm gonna stick with dirt for a while. If I get to the point where everything is predictable, I might try a sip run.

I've been having the same problem with my three fruity pebbles Clones… I am at lsting the shit out of them so if they were standing up right from the top of the pot to the tip of what would normally be the top is probably about 12 to 14 inches. But because I've been LSTing them to death they are only about 8 inches tall maybe 10 max. The great thing though is I now have just counted roughly 30 separate tops between my three plants! Should be packed with bud sites… My problem is the same though I'm going to have to clip off lower branches to use for cloning. Here's a pic of the forest growth underneath

Thanks ... but if you wouldn't mind offering a suggestion, how can I take clones from these things? As they are right now I'd have to take the tops ... no other branches are developed enough ... and I'm pretty sure that's not a good idea.

yes, my 2 ladies right now are soil. was just poking around thinking about maybe next time (in a few months) giving it a shot.
DWC is much like driving fast; everything happens a lot faster and there's more to keep track of. Learn the basics- you're doing a fine job thus far, btw- and it will be a logical next step.
