Just emailed him about pricing. Not that I'm going to buy any. I'm happy with the panels but I have my lights now. I don't need anymore. I asked him about pricing in quantities of 10 and 100.
Thought you guys might want to know.

Not including shipping. Pricing is $104 for ten boards. $77 if you buy 100.
What did you pay @Moflow
2 x boards + customs and shipping was £200.
You're getting a bargain.

Is the 1st picture, the one with the added osram $104 a board too?
Also, what driver/drivers are needed to power the lm561C Osram board.
It looks a nice board.

chucky, beautiful pics!!! :) i especially like the spacing between each LM561C for a bit of extra cooling, ive experienced the Aussie summer with LM561C's and passive cooling isnt enough in summer (especially in this current "taxi rank" config)

+1 on the driver specs for the Osram board

I got 2 of the 800-diode boards as well, though a corner on my boards got slightly bent during shipping. They are pretty sweet boards with super even coverage. Going in a different direction though for my build, if anyone wants them, PM me.

the only worry i have with mulit multi led boards is that only having one connector to it might have the ones at the end losing some current..maybe extra copper helps a panel not do that..

i do like big panels driven at lower watts needing no heatsinks..like the 6" x 22 "

good to see yuz

I received my R2T panels yesterday, and wanted to hear what you think.

The forward voltage is stated in the ad as 53V at 4.7A. I know the Vf will drop at lower amperage, but how much?

I connected 4 boards in series to a HLG 480H C2100B, which gave me a measured voltage of 171V over 4 boards, 42.75 pr board.

I also wired 2 boards in series on a HLG 185H C1400A. This gave me a measured voltage of 41V pr board at 1.55A. Dimming the driver down to minimum (50%-ish?) made the voltage drop to 40V.

Is this what I should expect? I thought the forward voltage would be higher at 2.1A, which is why I bought the HGL480H C2100B in the first place :dunce::wall:

Something seems off.
You should be pulling circa 45.8 to 46V ish at that current.

Just realized I never posted pics of my finished build. I'll try to get that posted tonight. In the meantime Jeff got ahold of me again and is trying to sell me these.

Might be a silly question, but have you checked that your voltage adjustment on your drivers isn't turned down? The forward voltages do seem low...

So these ebay boards

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Horticultural-Lighting-288pcs-LED-Board-3000K-Full-Spectrum-Quantum-LM561C-S6/192509696799?hash=item2cd278db1f:g:nbwAAOSwM91aZYsY

Is this exactly the same as the QB288 QUANTUM BOARD from https://horticulturelightinggroup.com/collections/all/products/qb288-quantum-board?variant=5508760141851
Just without the Brand stamped onto it ?

They are constantly sold out and i cannot finish my projects, would love to have another source.

Anyways are these the same product ?

The most we can say is they are similar.. the same maybe maybe not depends on which diode they use... but most likely they got them built off china on alibaba (you can order some yourself they sell for 25$ each more or less + shipping) as such you dont know for sure they are lm561c s6 which is the diode use in real quantum board

Alibaba.. all im saying is they probably purchased 100+ At less than 25$ each of those board from alibaba to get a volume discount and are reseling at 50$ on ebay.. thats my best bet.. yes you pay a little more from HLG but it comes with warranty and guarantee to get what you pay for

You can be quite certain they are not the same as HLG's boards. They could be very similar, but they won't be identical. Watch out for rip-offs though - a lot of these QB copies are of lower quality. That doesn't mean they won't work for you, but just be aware.
