Care to elaborate the reasoning behind this? All that the 24 hour dark will promote is stretching. During the darkness the plant produces auxins that promote cell elongation aka stretching. I don't understand how a 24 hour dark period would make the plant mature any faster. If you would please elaborate

Check the Party Cup Competition link in "SICC" signature, you can follow the clones progress there. To let you know, they have rooted and are in party cups now. Speaking oh which I'm fashioning a T8 light shelf today for their cabinet!

Oh and FYI first preflowers appeared on Liza today!! Nothing on Gwen just yet :-?

We'll call today Day 1 of flower for Liza the heat is on for a March 6 harvest  i wish!

Im a bit late but im taking a seat! :bigjoint:Those are some healthy plants! Ive always wanted a 100-200w cfl. I don't like having to move so many lights around especially when you've got to get optimum light positioning for cfls. Anyways you've got it sussed! :bigjoint:

:wall: first signs of sex on Gwen appear to be herm..
One stem, pistils up top surrounding new growth, and undeveloped pollen sacs on lower nodes.
Still early though, lower nodes could be female just waiting for her hairs to show
(AND THAT BETTER DAMN WELL BE THE CASE! :cuss: )
