Sweet Seeds Big Devil & Fast Bud outdoors

We have some diesels that will will be grown next to some russian rocket fuels, and mi-5s, so they should get pollinated and seeded, if everything goes right. Those plants have already been started at a friends house. Other than that my news for today, other than pictures once my batteries charge for my camera, is that Im pissed at myself, I picked a bad spot for my Big Devil, and it is not getting as much sunlight as I thought it would get in that spot. So it will be stunted by lack of light. The Fast bud is doing great, could be better, but same with it a lack of light, especially the first few weeks, kept it from growing at its full potential, but its in a 2.5 gallon pot now, and I can move it so it gets the most light it can get from the sun. These damn cool nights dont help, neither does all the cloudy and rainy days we have been having. I look forward to summer, with longer days and less rain. A better time to grow autoflowering strains.

No pics, there were people about, farmers to be exact, so I couldnt get to them, but I will try if they are not out working in this area tomorrow. I might have to move the fast bud, in case they spray the field, which if they did would be the last time for this crop before they harvest it. high risk growing, but its fun.

Im sure I will do a report on some of the mixes, I cant do a report on the ones growing now though, because like I said they are at a friends house, and I dont visit there very much. If I can though I will try to get some pics when I do go over there, which might not be for a little while.

That would be awesome xiko. Your Big Devils look great, they look like they are supposed to look. Mine are tiny compared to yours. But its as I expected with an early season outdoor grow.

It has dropped to around 40 degrees at times. It definitely stunted the growth. Like I said early season grow, not the best time for autos. At least in my area.
Wow, i totally understand you, Man. I Have almost the same temperatures around my grow area right now. :-|

Sorry no pics or updates, they are doing good. I have just been busy. But I will TRY to get some pics tomorrow. They are budding nicely now, so we will see how they do from here.

I actually have some pics this time. These two strains are growing great for me considering the lack of light they have had for most of their lives. The FB is growing really nice, the BD not as good but it gets way less light where its at. But they are both very healthy plants. I LST'd the FB last night. I had it inside due to chance of hail, and I thought my light was high enough and onve of my leaves got part of the way burnt up, but at least it is mostly still there sucking up life for the plant so its not a big deal.First 4 are FB last 3 are BD.:leaf:

Looking damn good man, my fast bud is still short as fuck but I nutes them the other day and it starting to get taller. My BD's are doing great, they are starting to form bud nicely. I'll take pictures tonight, as for the smell of them I don't really notice too much of an aroma. Maybe it's because my nirvana bubblelicious plants only have 3 more weeks and are quite smelly, super sweet smell. Do you have them planted into the ground or are you using pots?

pretty sweet man.. you always do autos?
No, mostly regular plants. Autos only serve a purpose for me outdoors. I would usually do regulars outdoors but I have a move coming up so I wont be able to do regulars this year. Its sucks, but autos are still good if grown with care.

My Big Devil is in the ground, I thought it was a good spot, but now it doesnt get as much light as I wanted, but still gets some nice direct sunlight during the day, the rest is shade. But its very healthy. My Fast Bud is in a 2.5 gallon pot, and doing great and is a decent size considering the light it got in the first few weeks. It gets about as much sunlight as it can get without it being on top of my house or something like that. The lower growth has taken off since I LST'd it and those branches are getting direct sunlight, instead of shade from the top. That should increase my yield a bit for that plant.

I'm jealous of your fast bud, wish my others would have survived. You LST'd it, interesting.. ..I may have to try that my next auto grow. I really want to hook up a scrog for my auto box, by the way it will be finished saturday for sure. I've been quite the lazy stoner lately, being that my 1st grow is roughly about 2 weeks away I better hurry and finish my box. I'm also planning to build a bubbleponic box possibly this weekend. I won't start using it fir a few months though, I want to get my mind set right for my first hydroponic grow. Would hate to waste more auto seeds, have you ever grown hydroponicly?

No a friend of mine did a grow about 3-4 years ago where he used a large tupperware container and cut holes for the lids, he used net pots filled with little pieces of rockwool cubes. It was a very simple but effective system, the roots stayed in the water, with air stones under the roots. They grew crazy fast. I myself have never done hydro, I think what he did is called DWC, but to be honest I am "dumb" when it comes to hydro, its just something I have never gotten into.
