Interested to see how you go with this. I'm on the fence.
Get off the fence! it's dangerous..........ha

another Sunday...........update time, let's make this quick. I have to go to church, lol. It's been 15yrs other than random funerals, weddings, etc. Not my thing.

Day 38 of 13/11 from seed under Timber's b-lux décor food vero fixture 1750k (296watts) & osram 730nm trigger==== with my 3 purple animal kush girls.

DSC06604.JPG DSC06605.JPG DSC06606.JPG DSC06607.JPG DSC06608.JPG .........ooops, one girl touched the cob and got a little crispy. My fault, haven't really been giving them any attention due to work. Stretch is ON obviously and will be a battle from here on out.

DSC06612.JPG DSC06609.JPG DSC06610.JPG DSC06611.JPG ...........better, first stem I tried snapped in half, very rigid. So I stem twisted & supercropped the rest. Looks barbaric , but they bounce right back from it usually.

happy Easter, Passover , to who it applies...........remember what the wise old Dawg said " if it smells like fish return the dish", pervert:mrgreen:

Interesting stuff you got going on over here.
Did I read that right? 95CRI 1750k? Didn't even know that was possible. Cool!
I've been using 22-24k 70cri hard strips for a min. They do pack on that weight.
Here for this! Thanks for sharing.
Gotta spectral graph for these? Probobly a lot of far red hu?
Should do well!

If you heat up a piece of iron to 1477 degrees celcius, it would be 1750K with 100CRI.

Anyway, the 1750K vero decor is 80 cri.

See Figure 21
Almost no blue for the 17E (1750K), least green of them all, more red/far red than any other.

LOL watching a goofy movie called "Gospel Road". Its actually a silent movie about Jesus. Johnny Cash provides us with narration. "Jesus" is a white man with bleach blond hair!

Finally had time to sit down and watch the new tech talk, was totally worth the 2+hrs. GG and growmau did a great job imo. Got a couple of hrs of daylight left soooooooooo don't want to spend it in front of a computer:)

Another sunday and let the red wine flow..........update time

Day 45 of 13/11 from seed under timber's blux décor food vero fixture(296watts) & osram 730nm trigger====== with my 3 purple animal girls.

DSC06613.JPG DSC06614.JPG DSC06615.JPG DSC06616.JPG DSC06617.JPG ......hmmmm very manageable stretch so far surprisingly. Could be the previous aggressive supercropping, kush strain, idk. They are getting blasted with 10 osram 730 oslons spread over a 2x2 fixture at lights out. YES, I did check the timers, lol.

DSC06618.JPG DSC06620.JPG DSC06619.JPG .....<<<I super cropped again to even out the canopy and will continue it till mid-flower.................maybe.

Anyone think the v10 2700k 97cri will be good to supplement 3k Samsung strips with? Or go v18 red meat? Only reason I wanted the v10 is because of their size, I can fit these 20mm wide cobs between the 18mm wide Samsung strips perfectly.. Run them closer and softer

according to my spectrometer they are cri 90

Yepp, but you know, is only one of the 14 values only 80 and the rest above 90 it is classified as cri80. Here R12..

It seems they lack a bit in green/blue for a higher CRI...

Is there a way to change your spectrometer from Ra to CRI?

I think Ra could be average values and CRI minimum values..

Hello,

just google you will see Ra=CRI, i checked german wikipedia. ( https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Farbwiedergabeindex )
Ra seems to be for germany and cri in english speaking lands.

But yes, Ra is the average value of all the 14+ numbers

Im not sure if this is right what you say, because i give you an example for citizen cri 90 2700k and you can clrearly see there are more then one of the values are below 90 and still my device claim it is cri 93,8

Good discussions going on.......... Damn I want my own $pectrometer! @Malocan Das ist sooooo geil. I didn't get a chance to edit out the 95cri(?) in the OP, have no idea why I thought it was so high, dat red shift. I blame my Splenda intake:).

I had some Korean BBQ today in honor of our fat little troll in the northern peninsula.........wondering if he has a remy martin(louis xiii) obsession like his "good" old dad. I really shouldn't make light of it, but I'm an asshole in general.

I just spent over $500 at Ikea, didn't even think that was possible, it's all pressboard shit AKA semi-disposable furniture.......whatever, update time

Day 52 of 13/11 from seed under Timber's blux décor food vero fixture 1750k (296w) & osram 730nm flower trigger==== with my 3 purple animal kush ladies.

DSC06621.JPG DSC06622.JPG DSC06623.JPG DSC06624.JPG DSC06625.JPG ........so much for reading my plants:roll: . I'm not messing with them anymore until I see some significant stretch. I'm playing it by week, if they misbehave I'll get physical again. Might even raise the fixture up,up,up as a last resort.....lol

DSC06628.JPG DSC06626.JPG DSC06627.JPG ......wild temp swings, couple of blemishes on a few leaves, don't care as I'm not a perfectionist. Just keep dosing the vega every 3 weeks till the end and hope for the best.

The organophosphate , EPA issue is becoming comical..........fucking disgraceful imo

http://modernfarmer.com/2017/04/dow-chemical-asks-trumps-epa-disregard-government-studies-indicate-pesticides-dangerous/

crop protection products are big $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, it's hard to avoid these pesticides in our food supply. I refuse to use/recommend since 2015(psu ag progress day lecture) but i'm a very small fish.

Not in the mood to toss out some useless shit that happened to me this week. Busy using my Felcos:),paying my taxes, blaaaahh........... I'm still here soooooooo it's update time

Day 59 of 13/11 from seed under Timber's blux décor food vero 29 fixture 1750k (296watts) & osram 730nm flower trigger up my azzz=== with my three purple animal kush ladies.

DSC06629.JPG DSC06630.JPG DSC06631.JPG DSC06632.JPG DSC06633.JPG ......not bad, just doing their thing. Looks like I'm safe letting them go till the end; stretch be damned I guess?. Maybe the fixture should be higher, still trying to see if ANY bleaching will happen. Cannabis is an adaptive plant, nothing screams epic kush run so far. Will see

DSC06637.JPG DSC06634.JPG DSC06635.JPG .........will do some center defoliation soon to thin out the canopy for more air circulation. PM is always in the back of my mind even with preventatives.

Hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather we are having on the east coast, fucking perfect. Windows open, PECO can suck it!:). Drunk assholes @ 3:30am are the norm in south philly, at least their having more fun than me.

Another Sunday, update time

DAY 66 of 13/11 from seed under Timber's blux décor food vero fixture 1750k(296watts) & osram 730nm trigger up Dawg's azz===== with my 3 purple animal kush ladies.

DSC06638.JPG DSC06639.JPG DSC06640.JPG DSC06641.JPG DSC06642.JPG .......IDK, some look good others not so much. Different phenos at play here==== Staggered harvest seems highly likely to me at this point. Very easy strain to grow though, not picky. Must be the no-till!lol, jammed the moisture probe around the pot to aerate the medium. Didn't like how it was draining, maybe I tore some fibrous roots too, even better.

DSC06645.JPG DSC06643.JPG DSC06644.JPG ..............they can take their time, don't care, have plenty of Diesel left to vape. A 3+ yr break is in order again after I finish 300g of it, seriously.

Call/See your mom today and tell her you love her

Lots of things going on in what we call life, happens at the worst of times usually:)..................

Another Sunday and I need a nap soon, tired..........update

Day 73 of 13/11 from seed under Timber's blux vero food décor fixture 1750k (296watts) & osram 730nm trigger=== with my three purple animal kush ladies

DSC06646.JPG DSC06647.JPG DSC06648.JPG DSC06649.JPG DSC06650.JPG .........finally a little bleaching on some of the tops ;Surprised me at this point in the run tbh. Raised the fixture a hair and gave another feeding of micronized (coffee grinder) dr earth's vega==== credit as always is too @multipass for this simple/cheap application method.

DSC06651.JPG DSC06656.JPG DSC06652.JPG .............quick/sloppy lollipop of the girls for air movement throughout the canopy. Coming to the fun part..

I'm tired of looking at the cree cxb 3590 4000k/ 660nm fixture on the floor of the closet. It's pissing my OCD off..........so let's give it away. I got 430g dry in a 2.5x2.5x5.10 space, 14/10 from seed in 100 days on my second try, great spec which delivered imo.
DSC06653.JPG DSC06654.JPG ............fused, meanwell driver(s), 90 degree Angelina reflectors, removable diffusers= highly suggest you keep them ON if height restricted, 322watts(<<can be dimmed with knob), Osram 660nm and 730 nm flower trigger(two timers needed). It has been used for 2 runs, probably has another 8 yrs left in her!..........especially with all the active cooling in the case.

I'm thinking of a number BETWEEN 1-100, whoever posts the right # first/closest by next Sunday update wins this beast...........one guess per person and continental USA only, sorry but shipping sucks. YES, I asked timber first, so you will not be receiving stolen property:); thanks Dan

remember what good old Dawg once called me " you're nothing but a ying/yang type Italian dick"........good luck
