  1. so plants have been planted in Pots and ive taken them out side ..they r doing well and r loving the real sunlight and increased lumanens considering theve been under FlS and CFLS since germ the problem is that its going to drop to the high 40s 48ish to be exact opposed to the 60 degree temps of the past nights my plants can be easily transported but i cannot bring them in the house i could possibly use an extension cord and bring them to the house but still keep them out side .... ive thought of using a reptile heat mat and putting a towel over them and putting them under the porch for the night just wondering if that would work and ife not does ANYONE HAVEE ANY IDEAS i mean im just spit balling but im open to all ideas and will GREatly Appreciate all replies

yeah...i'd probably elevate them some how off the ground, toss in a heat mat, tip an empty trash can over them, and then wrapping blankets round the whole thing

i don't grow outdoors though...so i am not exactly an authority on the matter

Your good man. Where I live the temps drop to the high 40's up to the 50's almost every night all year long except a few weeks during the winter.

because they are rather noticeable....at least that's why i didn't anyhow

...and they are kinda hard to just 'whip up' during a round of blind panic...

actually they can be pretty easy to set up...using plastic instead of glass as the top to keep the heat in. you can use almost anything to set em up. just google cold frames and a bit of imagination and they can be realy easy
