this is the most critical time of flowering but you probably have a bad plant anyway if you don't know what flushing is.

High times is a terrible resource.

I think the real assholes are the one's giving out terrible information.

I've been growing for 9 years, and it took me a little more than 3 years to become as good as I am, thanks to assholes giving me bad info. '

wow, allot of complicated answers to a simple question. flushing is when you only use water with no nutes. you do this the last week of flowering. you water the normal amount of water but with no nutes. this cleanes out the plant so you have a more natural smoke; a smoother, cleaner taste. kind of like a enema for your plants.

hmm in comparison, its simuliar, enema and flushing....same thing different delivery methods and organisms. but I am sure that your McD's degree in physiology and pathology is top notch. heres an idea. lets flush it with bleach and and saltwatter taffy. when you flush the toilet you get rid of shit, when you flush an IV you get rid of potential clogs, when you flush your eyes you get rid of the crap with clean pure water (or saline 0.9 percent if you want to be picky and a mr.wizzard about shit). so tell me how you flush something by adding more crap to it???? oh well, I am glad to know that they are teaching people with down syndrome to type these days. what is wrong with you people?? it was a simple question about flushing and it turned into a debate on hightimes. everybody has different methods and for the most part they work. some are better then others and some arnt. the point is to gather info from people and experiment for your self. but you get people on here that think just because they grew a plant with no seeds that they are the ganja god. why attack people for their input? what is next an invasion of a small country for oil? yall need to smoke a bowl, cut the turd thats making you cranky and relax.

Dude no one said anything about adding any more nutes,I was referring to the fact that you should start flushing the last 2 weeks not the last week and you should be flushing with more water.:peace:

was not a response to what you said chewwy. but as far as the two weeks go, I have really not seen a big difference in taste and quality. maybe a little less weight, but then again I could be biast on the issue because of how I perfer to do it. anyways no offense intended anyone. can't we all just get along

unless I am getting ready to harvest the only reason to flush would be that there is too many nutes in the soil. is this indoors or outdoors? indoors veg depends on the light cycle you put it on. and short of forcing to flower, you are at the mercy of nature for flowering when it comes to outdoors. i would try to flush it for a week and see what happens. normal amount of water on the normal watering schedule, just ph'd water.
