Only add a little (LITTLE) more than normal, as your plants SHOULD be drinking rather fast.

There are some indica dominant strains that like a moister soil, but everything grows better in the way I've described, remember marijuana is a dicrotomus resin producing plant (A WEED) and it will grow in shitty conditions. I'm trying to help people grow better.

If you think you know more than me show me you can grow a bud bigger than your head, because that's the best I can do so far, it's in my profile.

I tried flushing with a hydro grow once and lost allot of weight. with soil it takes a while to flush the nutes out, but with hydro it only takes like one or two floodings (or the change of solution with aero gardens) to get rid of all the nutes and then you starve your plants. the last few weeks are the most productive time for the plants and they need to feed.

sound mate,flushing is when you are at the end of your crop,and you want to get all the nutrients out,the best thing is just plain old pure water,it also increases the yeild,good look.!!!!!

Like, buy a moisture meter if you don't know what your schedule is.

Or, KEEP THE SOIL SOMEWHAT MOIST, BUT NOT WET.

Nutrient uptake depends on the amount of moisture and air in the growing medium, if it's too wet or too dry the plant locks up. So, if you "dump" a buttload of water on your plant, the flushing won't happen because the plant isn't going to soak up any of the moisture.


The best tip is wait for the soil to dry before watering again.

If you can't figure this out, BUY A MOISTURE METER.
