the ph perfect is just a base. you can use one an additive or all no worry .i use none an prods with it and no probs but when doing so i do keep a eye on the ph and so far seems pretty stable at 5.8 no matter what so im happy
You probally don't want to know about the chemical they add to make it ph perfect. Don't bother askin big mike. The first Chem company refused to sell it him. May be nothin... But

what are you running or is it top secret?;-)
No secret. I've stepped over to the dark side. Salts ;)~ I already hav a barrel full of water why add more.

GH micro, bloom,Kool is my base. I add AN humic acid honey oil. And H&G drip clean. Well and super thrive in everything. Some SM 90 in veg.

FGlad gave me some jacks professional and I think I like the general hydro better. Less ph adjustment needed for sure

You lost me at AN humic and H&G drip clean.

In general, General Hydroponics work for you?

I've been following a number of grows, some Dyna Grow, some General Hydroponics, and a few that don't "follow the rules". I mean that by conjuring up what works for them with trial and error. I don't have a problem adding complication, I just don't want to break the bank and still end up with a sub-par outcome. It's all numbers to me, whether it's teaspoons, mL, quarts or dollars, I can add/subtract and convert anything ... and I don't like to start a "project" being the first to try something.

Sorry. Advanced nutes Grandma enggy's F1 golden honey $30 bucks a liter
0.39% humic acid from leonardite. Helps with the up-take of nutes and acts as a PH down.

House and Garden Van De Zeaan's drip klean. A must for any hydro imho

The gurls seem to like it just fine. I usually stay south of a 1000 ppm or 1.4-1.6 EC if my PH is between 5.6 and 6.5ish I don't bother adjustin

I do. I do. Here's something I'm taking down over the next few days. Had some room in my veg room so I tried some autos. Pink Salad autos by Secret Garden Seeds. They exhibit a variety of colors, sizes, and smells. These were easy and fun to grow.

Using advanced nute u need to start iff with just the basics. There stuff is high in ppms! So you need to figure out ur doses of base and additives!! And it depends on the lighting used! I learned this the hard way. I used it as directed and got burns and lock outs. Then a member of my comunity told me u need to nkow the balance between light air and nutes!! He said since your doing 600 hps flood and drain u need to reduce everything 40%. He said if you were using 1000w hps you could maxx out the nutes at the end of flower. I tried it and it did wonders!! I only use 2ml of sensi a+b and 1ml of addives. I only use sensi with humic acid bud candy nirvana big bud and overdrive. It made wonders. Now i never let my ppms exceed 1000 ppm because i use a 600w hps. If i had 1000w i would only let my ppm go to 1200

I dont use ca mag in a bottle any more! Waste makes haste. Get some epsom salt and it has ca mag and sulfer in it already plus it keeps ur ph from swinging all over the place! 5.8-6.3 is my g-$pot
