its started week four of flower and it has alot of undergrowth that wouldnt be worth keeping and i want to get rid of it..... but week four will it slow her down? is it even worth it is the real question
should i lolipop this girl

No not at all, especially not 4 weeks in.
Just keep it, and if you have the time just chop the top of the plant, let the bottom finish off for another 2 weekish.
Make some bubble bag hash or edibles out of it or smoke that first and keep the better buds for later.

Fuck it cut 'em.
Or don't then you'll be able to know for next time. I always feel like I cut off to much especially once I switched over to SCROG but to my amazement It usually ends up I didn't cut enough.
They look great FYI.
Or better yet leave them and let them ripen (if you have the time and space), grab some bubble bags and go to work. That's what I do now and am super selective on the buds I trim. I don't want to take away to much from the hash bucket

my bad its been three weeks one day
im just worried that ill effect the growth of the colas if i cut but also tthink it will effect the growth of the colas if i dont what a mind fuck!
i also thought i lollipoped plenty at the beginning but boom she blew up like crazy

Chop it off and stop flappin about it if its not worth keepin cut it off it will direct all the energy to buds that are worth keepin so denser more fuller buds no point growing bud thats gonna weight fuck all imo unless ya use as 1 said and use it for hash but still then you ll probably end up with fuck all

Whats the light wattage?
If you're just growing this one plant for your self, just leave it.
Get a scope (40X or use your cell phone and a cheap macro lens for it from ebay). Check the trichs when it's time to harvest and harvest the ones which are ripe, continue as the rest finish.
Depending on the plants flex levels you can also spread the branches out a bit so the light penetrates deeper in to the plant.
Either way though you will be fine. If you chop off the small stuff it won't mess the plant up, maybe give it a couple days to recover and take half off one day and the other half the next. But really either way you will be just fine just depends on what you feel like doing. If it was a couple tables of plants then it would be a different question...

Lollilopping only makes sense if you have a large number of plants. This allows you to flower a bunch of clones with very little flowering time while still covering a large canopy area.
You won't yield any more lollipopping if you don't have other plants to fill the empty space, so don't do it. You'll simply lose your bottom branches with nothing to gain at this point.
edit: it may be worth removing the lower sucker buds, but definitely don't cut off any lower branches.

again thanks for taking the time to help out i went with the majority of advice and gave the diva a hair cut
before
then after 
i did checked the resin on a specific spot to see if she gains more on the big leaf during the night ..... and yeah she took the trim like a champ more resin production over night so jim happy i did it (really hate that my light cycle on is during the night but meh)
anyhow again thanks i just wasnt sure and with my tent being full and the air not getting down there i was worrried of pests and stuff plus my main colas
this is the tent after a few trimms
i can only fit the three big girls in the tent ACE OF SPADES - SKYWALKER OG KUSH - GIRL SCOUT COOKIES
so during lights on i have the CRITICAL KUSH and the MIDNIGHT KUSH un der the veg light (which is 600 watt hps as well) and dark period i stuff them all together
my tent set up has inline fan scrubbing both 600 watt hoods and exhausting and another inline fan for intake
total 1800 watt grow (veg-flower)

I found trimming the bottom at around 3 weeks of flower really helps out the plant, at least for me. I have even thought "oops cut to much" and it turned out to be the best one of the bunch. Trust your instinct and have faith. I like thinning out the bottom and what ever does not get light. It just looks more tame and prestige's for me.
I have trimmed several times through all stages of flower and plant did not seem to mind, in the wild you think a deer would never eat a few leaves or branches? Or a storm not take off a little bit of growth? Its almost natural for it to have some kind of trimming done.
